My husband reminded me of this quote today when I was concerned about the way I am currently looking due my infection (no I don’t usually rock red eyes). The funny thing is, I have been posting to my bootcamp groups everyday, without even thinking twice about my eyes! It can be hard nowadays to not feel judged. - Facebooks little throwback likes to remind you of the past. Sometimes it reminds you of how far you’ve come. .
Ironically the real breakdown of the boat below is I was doing a lot of things that people told me I wanted that I really didn’t. Because I didn’t really trust myself in my choices.
THAT was the real breakthrough coming into 2019.
Now not needing as much sleep, now connecting to recharge, and messaging truly to move, transform and inspire others. -

Taking action and going beyond your comfort zones definitely leads to breakthroughs but it also brings about breakdowns. -
Learn to embrace your breakdowns and get present to what’s there for you. I got myself present to what I want, what I love, what I want to be doing. You then have to be brave and ask for what you want.
Breakdown #2. -
This is where having the tools you need to clear yourself become important. Write it down, create a plan, arrange your schedule have someone hold you accountable.
Also, love yourself during the whole experience!! That’s been a trip! Not making myself wrong for needing sleep, for disconnecting to recharge, replying to message on my time and taking time for ME.
