  • 十幾年來一直反覆夢到一座山城,不明究理,奇怪的是後面是山,旁邊卻是河。直到有一天按耐著性子努力照著夢中的小巷子走了一遍又一遍,終於想起來這是我小時候住在新店的房子。

前兩天忍不住跑回新店遊蕩,憑著30年前的記憶摸索,還真的從人事全非的街道中,找到我幼稚園時住的房子。

但是夢裡的世界跟現實的差距還真是大。找到的當下忍不住大笑。

河是一條很大的水溝,非常非常大,大到像是一條河。詭異的是水溝附近再走個10分鐘會走到大名鼎鼎的美河市😂,但他們指的美河應該不是這一條。

當時那一塊可全是荒地呀,如果沿著大水溝走會有一座小橋,穿過小橋就會到達我當時念的學校。

從念幼稚園時搬來新店,一開始住檳榔路(沒錯,這路名是真的),後來住新生街,然後陪著媽媽在北新路上班。之後念國小就搬走了。

我夢到的山城是檳榔路的山,河是新生街的水溝,蜿蜒的道路是中華路通往北新路的路,還真虧夢裡美化成這鬼樣子,現實充滿回憶但一點都不美🙈🙈🙈

好啦,還是有種古典的美,但跟我的夢差太多😂

那天冷的要死只有13度,風吹的臉都僵硬,即使如此還是沿著新店蜿蜒的小巷子一路走到建國市場。(新店最美的地方是小巷子,請不要走大路)

再從充滿年味的建國市場走去檳榔路後面的小山。小時候媽媽很喜歡帶我們姐弟倆來爬山,帶著一盒一盒削好的水果跟小水壺,爬到合適的地方就開吃還真懷念。

但是一直不知道山的名字,這兩天一查嚇死人,我的天哪,那座山恐怖到爆,怪不得永遠都沒有人,任我們跑,還真是.......

(有興趣的人,可以自行搜尋檳榔路+後山,會跳出很多恐怖的新聞omg)

新店就沒啥地方可以去了,小時候不是在檳榔路的那座山玩,就是碧潭,結果好好的後山幹嘛搞成這樣,這樣我以後不敢去了啦。

碧潭也好不到哪裡去,幸好勝在人夠多。起碼不會怕怕。唉。新店還有啥好去處,可以推薦一下嗎😭

❇️ 很好笑的是迷路的時候,一抬頭突然發現自己到了「新德里」,也太酷,這里名到底是誰取的,還真趣味耶,根本小印度😂

❇️ 真的很懷念老新店的風情,不像台北市棋盤筆直的道路,那附近的道路都是弧形或是多角型的,常常走到沒路走,不然就是柳岸花明又一村。

沿著水溝蓋的木造老房子很有味道,像是安帕瓦一樣,就不知到夏天時蚊子是不是很多耶,奇怪,怎麼30年了水溝還是沒有整治。

❇️ 我的同鄉真的超熱心,我走路走一半突然肚子痛,只好趕緊衝回捷運站去洗手間,鞋帶掉了也不想綁了,結果短短5分鐘路,有三個人跟我說我鞋帶鬆了。

真是對不起你們,人有三急😭😭😭😭當下偶顧不了鞋帶啦。

  • It is obviously incomparable to the Japanese soufflé pancakes from Fuwa Fuwa. The pancake appears to be on the undercooked side where we can see egg white pieces inside. On the other side, the black sesame dessert (previous post) was amazing.

  • Made some #bossam aka boiled pork belly yesterday! @maangchi inspired me when she served her #ssam with mint leaves, so I tried it out with this too. I actually think mint works quite well in ssam. Similar to how #perillaleaves provide a nice bitter note, the mint leaves provides a kick of freshness to the cooked meat. I have to say, this might be a new normal for me!

  • Back where it all began! It was great to be serving food again out of @milkweed.streetfood. We missed making burgers and seeing all of you. We are humbled by how many of you folks showed up and we apologize to anyone who couldn't find a seat. Even though we see our @thelittlefleet family all the time (some might say too much) it's so much fun to be back inside Milkweed. We couldn't ask for a better place to work! A special thank you to @_a_lil_allie_cat for helping us out on the register this weekend. If you couldn't make it out, don't worry, we will be back at again next weekend! #glendaleave

$6 for instant noodles may seem excessive but hell if it wasn’t a satisfying bowl. They must have doused the richly umami soup swimming with chunks of minced pork and egg with a ton of MSG, because I could not stop drinking it. The lone slice of luncheon meat was no slouch either, thicc, salty and fresh from the fryer. It also helped that there were alot of greens in the soup to assuage my guilt somewhat at eating so unhealthily.

Yapılışı:
🔸Kremayı ısıtıp içinde çikolatayı eritelim.
🔸Bisküvileri elimizle kıralım çok küçük olmasın.
🔸Bir kaba sıcak sütü, erittiğimiz tereyağını, kakao ve şekeri koyup karıştıralım. Sonra içine kremayı katalım.
🔸Bisküvileri hazırladığımız sosa döküp güzelce karıştıralım. Cevizi de katalım.
🔸İstediğiniz bir kalıba streç film koyup bisküvili harcı dökelim üzerinide güzelce kapatıp buzluğa koyalım. İsterseniz kalıp kullanmadan direk streç filme harcı döküp rulo yada farklı bir şekil verip de sarabilirsiniz.

Ну кроме того, что это идеальная «выручалка» в любой ситуации - если к вам без предупреждения пришли гости или если все закуски на столе внезапно закончились или если вечером не знаете с чем приготовить салат - этот «недорецепт» выручит вас в любой ситуации.⠀
⠀⠀
Домашний, адыгейский или четук - любой пресный сыр. Режете на квадратики среднего размера. Так как подобный сыр, как правило, не обладает своим ярко выраженным вкусом, посыпаете со всех сторон смесью любимых специй. Я обожаю смесь чили перцев или тосканскую смесь с томатами. Отправляете на разогретую сковороду с оливковым маслом и следите чтобы ваш сыр не подгорел! Запаситесь щипцами и переворачивайте кусочки так, чтобы они обжарились со всех сторон. Сыр внутри (пока тёплый) становится похож на маршмэллоу 😋 ⠀
