Buenos días Aún Insta-Fam todavía disfrutando de mi tesito Caliente que me llena de Energía, quema calorías, ayuda con mi sistema digestivo ósea este Té lo tiene todo y además de eso está Delicioso 😋 .
Les cuento que yo era de las que oía la palabra Te y me asqueaba, no me gustan los líquidos con sabor a hierva pero cuándo decidí probar este Té me di cuenta de lo que me estaba perdiendo 😂 .
Mi combinación favorita es té de Limón, Aloe de Mango y Fibra de Manzana 🍋🥭🍎 Después de este baile de sabores en tu boca no te recuperas nunca más y comienzas amarlo como me pasó a Mi ❤️ #tealover☕️

Ingredients
20 medium shrimp peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon onion or garlic powder optional
1/4 teaspoon black pepper optional
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Cilantro Lime Slaw
2 cups cabbage shredded
1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
1/4 cup cilantro minced
1/2 jalapeño, seeded, optional
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons lime juice
salt and pepper to taste

Creamy Sriracha sauce
1/4 cup ranch dressing or sour-cream or greek Yogurt
1 tablespoon Sriracha
6 small flour or corn tortillas

To cook the Shrimp:
Combine shrimp, oil, and spices in a medium bowl or ziplock bag. Use right away OR cover and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes or up to 48 hours. Heat a large heavy-duty or cast iron skillet on high heat for 2 minutes. Add a teaspoon of oil to the pan and shrimp. Cook shrimp until pink and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.

To make the Slaw
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl until mixed through. Use right away or cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

To make creamy Sriracha Sauce
Whisk sriracha and ranch or sour-cream or mayo in a small bowl. Taste and add more sriracha if desired.

To assemble:
Grill tortillas on the stovetop over the flame until lightly charred (this step is optional). Top each tortilla with 4-5 pieces of shrimp and some slaw. Drizzle with sriracha sauce. Serve with lime wedges on the side. Enjoy!!

MALZEMELER:
*2 su bardağı #kırmızımercimek *1.5 su bardağı köftelik bulgur
*1 orta boy patates
*1 tepeleme yemek kaşığı kimyon
*1 yemek kaşığı biber salçası
*1/2 yemek kaşığı domates salçası
*Tuz, pul biber, karabiber( istediğiniz kadar)
* 2 orta boy kuru soğan
*1 çay bardağı zeytinyağı
* 100 gr tereyağı
*Maydanoz
YAPIMI:
*Mercimekleri yıkayıp, biraz tuz atarak kaynamaya bırakın.
*İçerisine patatesi rendeleyerek ekleyin.
*Ezilinceye kadar pişsin. Piştikten sonra, kimyonu ekleyin.
* Bulguru ilave edin, karıştırın, ocağı ve  kapağını kapatıp dinlendirin.
* Tavada çok küçük doğranmış soganlari, salça ve diğer baharatlarla, zeytinyağı ve tereyağı ile pembeleşinceye kadar kavurun.
( Bu noktada istediğiniz farklı bir baharat kullanıyorsanız, ekleyebilirsiniz.)
*Şişmiş olan bulguru, yoğurma tepsisine alın ve üzerine yağlı, soğanlı sosu dökün.
* Sıcak olduğu için yogurmak zor olur. O nedenle önce kaşık yardımıyla ezerek karıştırın. Daha sonra elinizle hafifçe yoğurun.
*Köfteleri  küçük sıkımlar halinde sekillendirin. Servis tabağına alın ve üzerini maydanoz ile süsleyin.
* Köftenin yanına # kaşıksalatası yakışır.

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
In a bowl, whisk together the egg and milk and set aside. In another bowl, stir together the almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and salt.
Preheat oven to 400 F and prepare a sheet pan with tin foil or parchment paper.
Dip a floret in the egg mixture and then the almond flour mixture until completely coated.
Place on the sheet pan and repeat until you used all the florets. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes

Bahan2
3 ketui croissants 
1 loaf kekacang
1 litre susu segar
1/4 cup madu - boleh tmbh jika suka manis
1 tsp esen vanila
1 tsp serbuk kayu manis
1/4 cup kismis
1/4 cup cranberry kering
1/4 cup apricot kering dihiris kecil
1/4 cup kcg badam hiris kecil
1/4 cup kcg walnut dihiris kecil

Cara membuat
1. Panaskan oven pd suhu 175c
2. Potong croissants & loaf menjadi kiub besar. Ratakan campuran roti didlm loyang yg sesuai & taburkan dgn buahan kering
3. Kemudian lapiskan lg campuran roti & taburkan pula kekacang dibahagian atas. Ketepikan
4. Didlm periuk yg sesuai masukkan susu, madu, serbuk kayu manis & vanila. Whisk hingga susu mendidih sdikit 
5. Tuang susu diatas roti & biarkan roti menyerap susu dlm 5min
6. Bakar selama 30-40min hingga masak keperangan
7. Sejukkan pd suhu bilik atau selepas dinginkn dlm peti ais
8. Titiskan madu semasa menghidang •

📝 Puding ni lembap & moist jd xperlukan sos kastad. Tp kalau nk mkn ngn ice cream & sos kastad pn boleh je. Kalau nk folo original resipi boleh guna susu pekat manis & guna 1 jenis kcg & dried fruit saja.  Mau lg healthy boleh guna low fat milk. Wangi bau cinnamon, sedap & syok je kunyah kekacang. Kalau kome kaya buleh guna pistachio ye. Hepi meneraiiii😉
