Przez bardzo długi czas miałam ogromny problem z nimi - problem z włosami trwał od samego początku odchudzania czyli jakieś 3 lata 😪 
Od razu powiem że to co pomogło mnie nie zadziala na każdego i nie jest to sponsorowane 🤞
Gdy już wychodziłam z anoreksji oczywiście chciałam zadbac o moje włosy były dla mnie ogromnym kompleksem 😪 zaczelam stosować biotyne w tabletkach - zwykła czysta biotyna. Jadlam dużo warzyw, owoców - witaminy. Do tego brałam falvit w tabletkach dla kobiet. Używałam szamponu Radical z apteki. Odżywka z head&shoulders - jak kolwiek się to pisze xD. Plus maska z callosa 2 razy w tygodniu 🤙 jeśli chodzi o pielęgnacje byłoby na tyle! Szok! Wcale nie, im mniej specyfików tym lepiej dla Waszych włosów 💚
To co najbardziej mi pomogło - zdrowa dieta. Nic tak nie wpłynie na to jak zdrowe odżywianie 🤞 no i osobom z dużą niedowaga - przywrócenie prawidłowej wagi ❤️

Just over 3 weeks ago I set myself some very basic goals... I wanted to bring a little more discipline and consistency into my life. .
.
Consistency mainly around nutrition! I’d been kinda going with the YOLO mentality for awhile and felt like I needed to rein things in a litte. .
.
And that is what I’ve done! I’ve been the most consistent I’ve been in quite awhile which is a great feeling.. I just needed to be reminded how that feeling feels 👌🏻

You all know I’m a firm believer in leading the balanced life - which I’ve continued to do so while still working on achieving my goals of improving both consistency and discipline 🤗
.
.
As a coach myself, it’s sometimes challenging to remain accountable to yourself but I’ve done just that and pretty happy with how consistent I’ve been! .
.
Success is the sum of small efforts repeated day in day out 👌🏻

Your body is not just a machine to get you through the day...dont treat your complex, feeling, expressive, wonderful body as if it is something as basic as a car!!! .
Sleep, food, rest, fun, stretching, moisturising, green veg, vitamins, minerals, exercise, music, dance, water, touch...?

Ask it what it needs today💗

  • OFFICIALLY 12 WEEKS BBG! Finishing off week 8 today (+ 4 beginner weeks) means I’m officially 12 weeks into @kayla_itsines program. I’m loving training (I was actually disappointed I had to skip a workout this week because I’ve hurt my elbow!) and I’m loving feeling stronger and more confident. I’m not at war with the girl in the mirror anymore and for me that is everything 🥰
