  • Its Almost been a month of travelling, very bad diet and almost no workouts. 
Plus➕ was deadly sick💀 for more then a week, which caused weight loss and weakness.
Recovered now (alhamdulilah) And had couple of workouts, looking forward to make videos, workout & diet consistently 
And most importantly have FUN👊🏻.

Jetzt ist euer Östrogenspiegel am höchsten und der Eisprung steht kurz bevor. Eine ballasstoffreiche Ernährung mit vielen Antioxidantien ist jetzt wichtig. Zu dem solltest du jetzt viel Tee und Wasser zu dir nehmen um nicht zu viel Wasser einzulagern. 
Jetzt solltest du folgendes vermehrt zu dir nehmen:
Spargel, Paprika, Spinat, Brokkoli, Kokosnuss, Himbeeren, Erdbeeren, Melone, Quinoa, Rote Linsesn, Mandeln Pistazien, Lamm, Thunfisch, Lachs - Alkohol, Kaffee und Schokolade kannst du dir in Maßen gönnen. 
Weißmehlprodukte sollten weiterhin vermieden werden.

Nowa ja, nowe możliwości nowe cele i postanowienia.💪
Ile razy usłyszeliście już od kogoś lub od samego siebie „Zaczynam od PONIEDZIŁKU” ?
👉Czy to źle ? To zależy. Niektórzy potrzebują takiego bodźca, zaplanowania, konkretnego dnia startu i potrafią się tego planu trzymać, a w rezultacie osiągnąć zamierzone cele. Wtedy ma to duży sens!
👉Jest tez druga strona medalu. Często poniedziałek przeradza się w następny lub może jeszcze kolejny (bo przecież urodziny cioci/wujka/babci), lub może następny miesiąc (bo w tym mam wyjazd/urlop/ważne spotkania) i ostatecznie przekładamy w nieskończoność cały czas wywierając na sobie presje rozpoczęcia czegoś od magicznego poniedziałku. 👉Każda zmiana wymaga przemyślenia, zrozumienia, chęci. Wówczas każdy dzień zaczyna być dobrym czasem na rozpoczęcie i wdrożenie nowego, świadomego planu.

  • I know its late BUT IMPORTANT UPDATE: i’ll be taking a break from taking photos of myself & i’ll be posting maybe once a week for a little while. I’ve become so attached to social media, to a point where it’s unhealthy and affecting my mental health. I’m constantly comparing myself to others, and its strongly fucking with my self love journey. I’ll post on my story with my health journey stuff, but other than that, i’m taking a break from focusing on selfies, and how I look. I need a break. I need to learn to focus on whats more important in life. I love you all, this will be hard af for me to do honestly I rely on this shit way too much. But yea.👋🏻❤️

  • SURRENDERING 🙊🌿 Since surrendering to the inevitable and just letting my body do its thing I suddenly feel a sense of acceptance.
Of myself, of my body and of anything it happens to go through. My body has gone through quite a lot in the last few years and I have really learnt to care for it and love it in return.
I would get so down on myself for not being able to 'control' what my my body does. My weight, my height, my features, my 'flaws' (I used to be such a control freak, and that is something I have worked so hard on improving, I try to be more of a go with the flow kind of Gal... I think its working) 
Personally I fluctuate anywhere between 3-5kg every time my monthly is due, so give or take 50% of my being is spent bloated, it used to really get me down and I'm sure you would understand the impact it had on my body confidence, but hey I've learnt to shop to suit my figure. I have accepted it is part of me and now that I have accepted it... well the universe has decided to reward me for surrendering and for loving myself and now doesnt choose bloating as a default... I truely believe for our Physical to be 100% our Mental needs to be there first. I feel exactly where I need to be both Mentally and Physically 💯

Ce matin réveil un peu moins matinal qu'à l'habituel mais quel plaisir lorsquen ce levant le soleil est déjà au rendez-vous ☀️

Il est fait beau, les oiseaux chantonnent 🕊️ et j'aime même eu la visite de quelques lapins🐇
.
Ma maison 🏡 c'est un coin de campagne non loin de la ville 🏙️
.
Du coup ce matin l'envie de fraise🍓 et de petit déjeuner dehors était trop présente 🤗
.
Du coup petit pancake au fraise🍓 le tout à déguster sur la terrasse avec les lunettes de soleil 😎

Et vous quel temps fait il chez vous ?
