J’ai envie de vous parler de la myrtille, sa belle forme, sa couleur violette, et son nom poétique, qui est aussi devenu un nom propre, en anglais elle s’appelle blueberry.

Ses vertus :
- soulage les troubles digestifs grâce aux flavonoïdes qu’elle contient
- agit également sur les cellules cancéreuses
- pour les yeux (en cas de glaucome, de cataracte, et de vision nocturne), riche en vitamine E
- troubles de la circulation veineuse, en purifiant le sang
- infusion de myrtille pour le diabète (les feuilles abaissent le taux de sucre dans le sang)
- fortifie le système immunitaire
- aide à maintenir un poids stable

En cas de lactation, il vaut mieux éviter d’en manger, en effet au Moyen-âge, les femmes en prenaient pour interrompre leur production de lait.

Gerade habe ich mir einen schnellen Nachmittagssnack gemacht, nichts aufwendiges, denn heute ist noch Ausruhen und Erholung angesagt ☝🏼
Morgen steht ein langer Arbeitstag mit Frühdienst und danach direkt Arbeit im Fitnessstudio an, von Freitag bis Montag dann der normale Alltag mit zwei Spätdiensten und dazwischen zwei Karneval-Sondereinsätzen 🎭 Da ich Karneval überhaupt nicht mag, bin ich doch froh, dass ich an allen Tagen arbeiten muss 😜

Un desayuno súper completo, que te dejara mucha energía.
Generalmente me desayuno esto cuando no como snack antes de la comida.

Ingredientes
-1/4 taza de harina de avena
-1/4 taza de harina de coco
-1/2 scoop de proteína sabor chocolate
*1 cucharada grande de cacao en polvo
-1 huevo
-1/4 taza de claras
-1/4 taza de leche de coco
*le puse otro chorrito más
-1 taza de blueberries
-1 cucharadita de semillas de Hemp
-in chorrito de vainilla líquida .

Procedimiento
Primero combinas todos los ingredientes secos para después agregar los líquidos. Una vez ya mezclado pones la mitad de las blueberries DENTRO de la mezcla, después los pones en el sartén (esto hará que las Blueberries se derritan y le de todavía un mejor sabor) y esperas a voltearlos cuando ya salgan las burbujitas.

It’s always an interesting feeling when I work behind the scenes for something because I feel so productive and yet it seems as if I’m in a hibernation online. I get so inspired and antsy to share share share but I have to be just as patient as you.

  • Ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
5 eggs
1 1/2 cup whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt

Garnish: whipped cream w/additional blueberries

Instructions:
Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and melted butter in a bow, mix well. Sprinkle 1/3 of mixture evenly in the bottom of a greased slow cooker. Cover with 6 bread slices.   • Ayer tomamos tecito con kuchen de arándanos 🤤. Aquí les dejo mi versión:

Ingredientes para 1 molde de kuchen de 25 cms:

- 2 1/2 tazas de harina de avena
- 130 grs. de mantequilla sin sal a temperatura ambiente
- 1/3 taza azúcar de caña
- 1 huevo
- 1 cdta. extracto de vainilla
- Pizca de sal

Mezclar todo y llevar al molde engrasado a horno precalentado a 180 C por unos 10 minutos.
Mientras, hacer el relleno:

- 3/4 tarro de leche condensada
- 400 grs. yogurt griego sin sabor
- 2 huevos
- 1 cdta. vainilla
- Arándanos: entre 1 1/2 y 2 tazas.
.
Mezclar la leche condensada, yogurt, huevos y vainilla. Cuando salga la masita del horno, poner una capa de arándanos y encima la mezcla de leche condensada. Llevar a horno por unos 35 minutos o hasta que esté dorado o hasta que esté cuajado. Dejar enfriar y servir. .

  • **NEW OVERNIGHT OATS RECIPE**. seriously floored by how many of you are making and sharing your pb&j overnight oat recreations. i knew i needed to get a new version out to you guys ASAP. for anyone who fell in love with the OG recipe, brace yourself for this one. she’s good.

BLUEBERRY CASHEW CHEESECAKE OVERNIGHT OATS

in a jar mix:
-1/2 cup oats
-1 tbsp ground flax
-1 tbsp sunflower seeds -1 tbsp chia seeds -2 tbsp dried blueberries (found in bulk section of whole foods)
-2 tbsp chopped cashews -1 tsp maca powder
-cinnamon
-sea salt
-1 single serve (5.3 oz) dairy free yogurt
-1/2 cup dairy free milk
-1 tbsp lemon juice
-2 tbsp maple syrup
-1 tbsp cashew butter 
mix thoroughly and let sit overnight!

Melt in your mouth blueberry fudge made with 4 ingredients, @suncorefoods organic blueberry powder, dried blueberries, dairy-free white chocolate and coconut condensed milk 🌱 .

Ingredients 
400g dairy free white chocolate, melted 
320g condensed coconut milk 
1/2 cup dried blueberries 
1 1/2 tbsp blueberry powder @suncorefoods
2 tsp purple sweet powder for the colour  @suncorefoods

Line a small pan with parchment paper that covers the sides of the pan. Melted chocolate in a double boiler, whisk in condensed coconut milk and blueberry powder stir until mixture is completely smooth.

Stir in dried blueberries, then quickly transfer the mixture to the lined pan and spread evenly.

Place pan in the freezer to set, about 2-4 hours. Cut the fudge into squares. Store fudge in an air tight container and store in the fridge for up to 1 week. .
