  • Estando de vacaciones me puse este traje de baño y mi hijo me preguntó: saldrás así Mami???...guuuuaooo yo nunca te había visto con traje de baño así..tan chiquitito!!! tu siempre te lo pones mas tapado... y a esto le respondí con firmeza: SI Gael saldré así!!!!
Aquí noté que sin darme cuenta había empezado a cubrir mi esencia, tenía unos 2 o 3 años que no me ponía un traje de baño de dos piezas, solita me acomplejé y me guardé, guardé un vientre hermoso que formó una vida, un busto que ha crecido descontroladamente formando bebés y no siempre la ha pegado... HOY,  ME ACEPTO EN LIBERTAD... sonriendo y jugando con la arena, recordando cuando era “importante” estar de tal o cual forma NO solo para mi, también para los demás (riéndome infinitamente de esto) HOY, muchos años después me doy cuenta que es muy sencillo para ser un bikini body lo único que necesito es un bikini y un body... 😊 ! 
Mi sonrisa desbordante de Amor Propio refleja la intensidad y potencia de quien me miraba mientras me tomaba la foto... ¿saben quien fue? 🥰 ! #MamaPrincesa

  • Waiting until May to start working on building muscle & losing fat to look more defined in your summer clothes is a yearly exercise in frustration.

Results take time.

I know you’re bundled up under layers of sweaters  right now and not thinking about tank tops & swimsuits. I for one currently have a blanket wrapped around me like a toga 90% of the time.

However, your work now is what will get you the results you want then.

All that said- the BS about getting your “summer body” is a bowl-full of malarkey.

Your body + summer = your summer body.

Your body + a bikini= a bikini body.

You don’t NEED to change a darn thing.

Just remember- if you WANT to make some changes, the time to start is now.

Prioritised my goals throughout celebrations and festivities

Invested my heart and soul into being the best version of me possible

THERE IS NO ELEVATOR TO SUCCESS >>> you have to take the stairs and walk up every single bloody one of them!!!

Once you consciously embrace your flaws and mishaps you’ll be surprised at how much you can learn and improve in all areas of your life!

  • #realtalk: Feeling softer and heavier than usual these days, BUT running and cycling faster and faster so.... 🤷 I will take it! 😍💯🙌 .

A gentle reminder to myself and to all of us: Focus on what your body can DO, not what it LOOKS like.

Side note: I'm pretty proud of busting out a somewhat casual 7:30 pace for 5 miles today. Getting pretty excited to do the Oakland Half Marathon in March!! 💪🏃‍♀️anyone else have any non-scale/aesthetic victories to share??

마음 다잡는데 도움 되서 좋아요.👍

🍠Pancakes de BATATA (boniato,sweet potato) y AVENA .
🥞1/4 taza batata cocida y hecha puré .
🥞2 cdas de avena .
🥞1 cdta polvo de hornear (opcional) .
🥞2 huevos enteros + 1 clara .
🥞2 cdas leche de coco .
🥞1 sobrecito edulcorante o miel .
🥞Canela (opcional) .
🥞Aceite o spray de coco .

🍠Preparación (en la imagen hay DOS FORMAS diferentes de cómo decorarlos) .
Licuar todos los ingredientes y agregar a la sartén previamente calentada con aceite de coco (sólo untar) .
Servir con la fruta de tu preferencia, 1 cda de yogurt natural (opcional) miel y canela! .

  • Nää kuvat on marraskuulta 2018 about kuukausi ekan dietin jälkeen. Oon tätä monille sanonu ja sanon uudestaan, en muista koskaan voineeni noin hyvin ku tuolloin, henkisesti ja fyysisesti. Hävettää kuinka huonosti oon kohdellu mua itseäni ja päästäny itseni taas huonoon kuntoon. MUTTA PERKELE mä oon vetäny nyt viikon hyvällä ja monipuolisella ruokavaliolla, oon tehny kaikki mun treenit ja jopa kävelly kouluun aamusin😂💪🏼Huomaan jo nyt kuinka paljon kevyempi ja freesimpi olo mulla on. Juon taas vettä ja ravaan vessassa mutta se ei haittaa!! Herkkuihin en oo koskenu viikkoon mikä on ihan sairaan hyvä saavutus ottaen huomioon että söin syksyn aikana JOKA PÄIVÄ jotain hyvää. Anyone who knows me knows I’m not much of a cold weather person. I’d choose shorts and flip flops over winter coats any day. So I’m missing the sunshine and I’m also missing my abs that are currently not that visible because I ate a bit too much these holidays 🙈🐷 -
Eating that much and without restraint is not something I allow myself to do often, especially now that I am past the age of 35. But this past December I felt l had reached a physical and mental plateau and decided to listen to my body and allow myself some time off my strict nutrition plan and my hardcore trainings. To pause and refeed so I can keep making progress. I am now well rested and ready to grind! This little summer #throwback is all the motivation I need to get my A game back on. I’m ready to get my body to its best shape so far. I’m not special, I’m not gifted and I ain’t ‘got the genes’. I’m just willing to put in the work. 138 days till summer! 💪

  • When the lighting is on point in the gym you gotta take some shots📸.⁣⁣⁣ ⁣
— Almost done with week 2 of my diet. Counting my macro’s isn’t the hard part, as i thought it would. I notice that the thing I have to watch most is my fat intake. Every fucking dish now a days has a lot of fat in it. And no, you don’t need to eat dry fitness food without flavor. Seasoning is the answer! I haven’t cooked with butter/oil, or used sauces etc. the past days. Gotta keep going now, can’t stop! Also I have been killed in the gym by @dailylifestylept . He really helps me push my limits. Thanks bro 🙏🏼 I am already starting to see slight changes in my body and that is exciting 😍⁣⁣

— Bijna klaar met week 2 van mijn dieet.  Mijn macro's tellen vind ik niet het moeilijke gedeelte, terwijl ik dacht dat dit moeilijk zou zijn.  Ik merk dat ik vooral moet letten op mijn vetinname.  Tegenwoordig bevat elk fucking gerecht veel vet. Overal waar je komt vet vet vet. En nee, je hoeft geen droog fitnessvoedsel zonder smaak te eten.  Kruiden is het antwoord!  Ik heb de afgelopen dagen niet met boter / olie gekookt of sauzen etc. gebruikt.  Moet nu doorgaan, kan niet stoppen!  Ook ben ik gekilld in de sportschool door @dailylifestylept.  Hij helpt me echt mijn grenzen te verleggen.  Bedankt bro 🙏🏼⁣⁣⁣ Ik begin al kleine veranderingen in mijn lichaam te zien en dat motiveert😍⁣⁣

    — Almost done with week 2 of my diet. Counting my macro’s isn’t the hard part, as i thought it would. I notice that the thing I have to watch most is my fat intake. Every fucking dish now a days has a lot of fat in it. And no, you don’t need to eat dry fitness food without flavor. Seasoning is the answer! I haven’t cooked with butter/oil, or used sauces etc. the past days. Gotta keep going now, can’t stop! Also I have been killed in the gym by @dailylifestylept . He really helps me push my limits. Thanks bro 🙏🏼 I am already starting to see slight changes in my body and that is exciting 😍⁣⁣
