2️⃣ 4x10 reverse grip pull downs
3️⃣ 4x10 lat pull downs
4️⃣ 4x10 single arm cable rows
5️⃣ 4x10 low row leverage machine each arm 
6️⃣ 4x10 dumbbell hammer curls *forgot to film SRY* 😢

IF you are feeling self conscious in the gym let me just say I FEEL YOU! i swear each time i go to my big gym now it’s alllllllll 👀👀👀
i really try to just keep my head down, crank my music, and NOT look around. if you don’t look around you can’t see all the people staring at you, right?! 😬🙈
and if it makes you feel any better i was approached AGAIN by the same old white dude who has an issue with me working out. he told me today that i need to go home or i’ll have the baby right there in the gym. 
let me just say... babies don’t just “fly out” ok. 🤣👏🏽
it is what it is! be strong and confident in WHY you’re at the gym and no one with their stares or rude comments can get in your way! 🙌🏽
i want to raise awareness that it is OKAY and SAFE to workout WHILE PREGNANT! *OFC being approved by your DOCTOR FIRST because each pregnancy is different.* but so many women don’t know that it’s okay or even an option to workout. i know i was scared at first to continue working out, but having many chats with my doctor and listening to my body has taught me so much! 💓

Try this! And yes, everyone assumes that @athleanx invented the standing variation of this move but it’s been done since the 70s when Sergio Oliva introduces it! Anyways, I like this variation even better as the “dead hang” will attack your peak like a Halloween killer! Try this move and go for 12-15 rep range, really focusing on keeping your hand flat and raised to the ceiling for the entire rep
