  • Lobster tail and tomahawk prep to kick this week off! What are your Valentine’s Day plans? 💕

Lobster tail prep- take a pair of kitchen shears and cut down the middle of the shell. I stop just short of the base and pry the meat out of the shell, placing the meat on top of the shell. I then pour butter over the top. Grill it at 375° until it reaches 135° internal temp. @shuncutlery 🦞 @bannerbutteratl 🦞 @lobsteranywhere 🦞 .
Tomahawk steak prep- I use olive oil as a binder and then use a rub heavy in salt and pepper. I cook at 225° until it reaches 120° internal temp. I then sear for 90 seconds a side. Let rest for 10 minutes and slice to serve. @meatchurch 🐄 @traegergrills 🐄 @maccuttingboards 🐄
