  • To me, the hack squat has always been the ultimate guy’s machine in the gym. There’s nothing feminine about the contraption itself or the red marks it leaves on my shoulders once I’m done. But, it sure builds some sweet lookin’ quad muscles. It took me a couple of years to even go near it and when I finally did, it was only because my trainer insisted. I’m glad someone encouraged me. Hopefully if you haven’t already, you will be inspired to give it a try too. On an unrelated note... as you head into this week I have a little reminder for you. If your light goes out, it’s ok to borrow a bit from someone else. And when your flame is raging, its good to share. Keep your circle close. It helps with the ebb and flow of life.
