Kalau ditanya ibu, macam mana nak bagi anak tak “mengamuk” dan duduk behave dalam carseat- sediakan finger foods/kudap-kudapan bagi anak ralit dalam kereta☺️ .

Ni one of favourite brand ibu @fawwaz_thelittle_kitchen_hq. Jual makanan baby, macam-macam ada. Untuk baby Hud sendiri dia paling suka Snack Fruit ni, semua flavour Hud suka (ada buah mango/banana/strawberry/peach/apricot). 100% buah segar, takde bahan pengawet,takde gula & garam tambahan .

Daripada packaging lama sampailah packaging yang cantik sekarang ni ibu setia belikan untuk Hud hehe. Wajibbbb ada & bawak setiap kali nak keluar. Sedappp sangat. Mummies boleh standby siap-siap beli di @fawwaz_thelittle_kitchen_hq .

Selain kenyang susu, bagi anak pegang makanan kecik2 masa dlm kereta (sambil dipantau yer) .

Oh ya, jangan lupa sentiasa check suhu aircond dalam kereta. Boleh jadi anak tak selesa dalam carseat disebabkan aircond terlalu sejuk atau panas. Macam anak-anak ibu yang dah besar tu, kalau dah lama sikit berjalan dalam kereta diorang mengadu sejuk suruh tutup lubang aircond/slowkan👍🏻 Kalau yg baby x pandai mengadu lagi tu, boleh pantau aircond berfungsi dgn baik or tak.

  • 🍎Easy Baked Apple Slices = SO easy, SO yummy, and loved by both babies AND toddlers! Plus they’re only 3 ingredients and don’t need any added sugars🙌🏻. To make:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Slice 3-4 medium apples for about 4 cups of slices. Aim for the slices to be about 1/2 inch thick.
2. Toss with 1 tbsp melted coconut oil.
3. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
4. Bake in a baking dish or pie plate at 375 F for 25-30 minutes or until soft when poked with a fork but still holding together. 
4. Serve warm or store and serve chilled.

🍎We like these as a stand alone snack, a BLW food for baby (the apple flesh basically turns to applesauce when they suck on a slice), or with yogurt or oatmeal. And...I’ve been known to eat them straight out of the container standing in front of the fridge😉🤷‍♀️

My favourite homemade snacks to share with my Nina are these choccy peanut butter Bliss Balls, a delicious treat full of energy boosting goodness! She absolutely loves them! I usually roll into balls, but I thought I’d show you an alternative shape, so they’re easier for babies from 6 months of age to hold. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You can also serve these as part of a breakfast with some whole plain yoghurt for dipping, paired with fresh fruit. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

2) Take small amounts of the mixture, form into balls or finger shapes and roll in the desiccated coconut. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

These delicious veg filled oaty fingers are full of nutrition, and great for babies to explore eating by themselves. They’re also a fantastic option for packed lunches as they are relatively mess free, can be eaten hot or cold and travel really well. ⠀⠀⠀⠀

• 200g of regular rolled oats ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• 2 medium carrots ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• 1 medium courgette (zucchini) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• 3 teaspoons of chia seeds (optional) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• 3 teaspoons of ground flax seeds (optional) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• 100g of melted butter or coconut oil ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• 140g of cheddar cheese (can sub for 2-3 tablespoons of nutritional yeast) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• 3 medium eggs (Can sub for flax eggs - 1 tablespoon of ground flax with 2.5 tablespoons of water makes one egg) • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Method: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1) Preheat your oven to 180d/ 370f. Grease and line a 20cm/ 8inch square baking tin and set aside. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2) Grate the carrot, courgette and cheese and add to a large bowl along with the rest of the ingredients. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3) Mix everything together till thoroughly combined and tip the mixture into your baking dish. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4) Press into all the corners using the back of a spoon, ensuring the mixture is flat and even. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  • FAVORITE FALL FINGER FOOD 🍎🍎. These sauteed cinnamon apples are SO darn easy and we seriously love having them on hand to eat all week long. To make:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Warm 1 tbsp butter or oil in a medium nonstick or cast iron skillet. Coconut oil works well here.
2. When melted, add 2-3 medium apples, diced. Leave skin on or remove it, according to what you think your kids will like.
3. Stir to coat and cook for 8-10 minutes or until soft. Sprinkle with cinnamon. 
4. Serve warm or put into snack containers and store in the fridge for 3-5 days. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🍎Serve as a snack, stir into oatmeal, serve over yogurt or cottage cheese, or even add to a smoothie!
🍎Any apple will work in this recipe, though I like Jonathan, Jonagold, Honeycrisp, and Pink Lady. 🍎Softer apple varieties like Gala may cook a little faster.
🍎Suitable for babies 9/10 months and up (or whenever they can pick up little pieces). You may want to dice a little smaller for babies, make sure they are very soft and you can peel if you’d like.

  • 🇺🇸RECIPE - YOGURT MELTS

Yogurt Melts is so yummy and good for your child! I love making this for the girls since they were 6 months old + we use the left overs to make ice cream 🍨. So good! No conservatives and no sugar! A great snack for babies too, specially if they ate teething ;)
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of strawberries blended
- 1 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla
Mix them together (watch our video - stories) then:
1- line a baking pan with parchment paper
2- use a pipette, fill the baking pan with the strawberry mixture
3- freeze for at least 1 hour
4- remove from baking pan and ENJOY!

Take out what you want to eat because they melt quickly!!

 Esse iogurte derrete na boca!  Gostoso e saudável para o seu filho!  Eu adoro fazer isso para as meninas desde que tinham 6 meses  e nós usamos as sobras para fazer sorvete 🍨. Tão gostoso!  Sem conservantes e sem açúcar!  Um ótimo lanche para bebês também, especialmente se tem dentinhos saindo!
 INGREDIENTES - 1 xícara de morangos batido - 1 xícara de iogurte grego - 1/2 colher de chá de baunilha
 Misture-os juntos (veja o stories) e em seguida:
 1- forre uma assadeira com papel manteiga
 2- use uma pipeta, encha a assadeira com a mistura de morango
 3- Congele por pelo menos 1 hora
 4- retire da assadeira e APROVEITE!

Eles derretem rapidamente, então só tire o que for comer na hora!!
