As I try to end the year as strong as possible, I needed to stop and celebrate ๐Ÿฅณ today how far Iโ€™ve come. {Later today Iโ€™ll be posting my ๐—ง๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐˜€๐—ณ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—บ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—ง๐—ต๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐˜€๐—ฑ๐—ฎ๐˜† pic.}. .

But I realized I actually finally have the ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—บ๐˜€ I used to always want. Not being boastful- itโ€™s taken a lot of work to get here. {Btw: Why is it easier to celebrate when weโ€™ve worked hard and had success in other areas but itโ€™s like taboo when it comes to working hard on ourselves? Idk.} It has taken me a while to realize I now have the arms of all those girls Iโ€™m always complimenting. As Iโ€™m now getting more compliments on my arms ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป, even when Iโ€™m not coming straight out of a workout (#armpump), Iโ€™m like... โ€œokay, I guess maybe I do have gainsโ€ ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ. .

And the 2nd thing is that Iโ€™ve never had a ๐—ฏ๐˜‚๐˜๐˜ ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ‘. #truestory {My daughter might unfollow me after this ๐Ÿคฃ}.   • Iโ€™m enjoying growing these little shoulders lol I promise my arms donโ€™t look this defines ALL the time. They still look like little bread sticks when I wear long sleeves ๐Ÿ˜ Iโ€™m still trying to gain mass though. Going at about 1lb a month... slowly but surely Iโ€™ll get to where I want ๐Ÿ’ #babygains #keepittoned

  • First, these @bombshellsportswear leggings are life. I actually think this brand is my fav. I had a REALLY great glute day and Iโ€™m def feeling it. I go through ups and downs in training, and right now, Iโ€™m on the up! Super excited about it going into a new year also! Threw in some assisted pull-ups with my glute bridges to get my HR up. I feel solid today ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿฆต๐Ÿฝโฃโฃโฃ

  • First picture @153lbs and second vid @121lbs (now). Iโ€™ve been in since the beginning of July of this year. The first months were definitely the hardest, I literally dragged myself to the gym everyday but when I saw my body started to change I couldnโ€™t stop ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ Stay consistent, eat well, work for it and never give up. Your body will reward you! .

Slow progress is better than no progress at all ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ I am feeling better about myself each and everyday day. I am no where near my goal but my mind is set to it.
