Chicken Blackpeper Stew with carrot & mushroom (portion 3 dewasa)
.
- Tumbuk kasar 6 ulas bawang merah & 1 sudu lada hitam
- tumiskan bahan yang ditumbuk dengan sedikit minyak sehingga layu
- masukkan isi ayam, lobak merah & 1/2 sudu besar garlic paste - gaul rata kemudian perlahankan api & tutup penutup untuk mengeluarkan air ayam
- biarkan selama 5-10 minit
- buka penutup dan masukkan cendawan (tqah guna cendawan tiram biasa)
- then biarkan mereneh sekejap (tutup penutup)
- masukkan 2 bekas chicken bone broth @bytqahnasir Dan masukkan bawang besar yang dipotong nipis separa bulat)
- biarkan mereneh sehingga masak & hidangkan

Este desayuno quedó más rico de lo que pensamos con Isa 😍 y lo mejor es que nos demoramos 5 minutos en armar y 10-15 en el horno y listo! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Lo bueno de esta receta es que podemos variar la fruta con la cual vamos a rellenar. 🙌🏻
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Esta vez usamos frutilla, pero pueden ser arándanos, frambuesa, plátano, pera, manzana 💪
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Lo importante es que la fruta se pueda moler bien 🌪🌪
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I N G R E D I E N T E S ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⭐️ 1 rebanada de pan ( nosotras usamos pan molde Jumbo Whole Grain, traten de comprar el más natural, con menos ingredientes y sin azúcar o sal)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⭐️ 2-4 frutillas 🍓 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⭐️ 1 huevo 🥚 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Nada más 💪
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
P R E P A R A C I Ó N ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1️⃣ Cortar las orillas al pan de molde 🍞 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2️⃣ Con la ayuda de un uslero o botella aplanar el pan de molde 🏋🏻‍♂️
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3️⃣ Moler las frutillas en una licuadora o pimer 🌪
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4️⃣ Distribuir la mezcla sobre el pan y enrollar como un roll de sushi 🍣 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5️⃣ En un bowl plano revolver el huevo y untar el rollito .
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
6️⃣ Cortar el rollito en tres partes iguales y colocarlas en un molde de muffin ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
7️⃣ Cocinar en horno a 180-220 grados por 10-15 minutos y listo 👌🏻

Recuerden que siempre es mejor ofrecer los alimentos en su naturalidad para que desde pequeños se acostumbres a su sabor natural y no adicionar más azúcar de lo recomendado. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

#作法
1️⃣使用果汁機把小番茄、高湯及白飯打成汁
2️⃣熱炒鍋,奶油溶化後加入牛絞肉,炒到微金黃後加入洋蔥碎、香菇、紅蘿蔔碎一起拌炒,再加入步驟1的成品一起拌炒均勻,然後放入湯鍋。
3️⃣把蔬菜高湯倒入湯鍋,使用少量月桂葉調味,中小火煮滾後,加入鹽、黑胡椒調味。 
4️⃣最後可以用少量的鮮奶油和綠豆苗做裝飾。

  • G absolutely loves bread, and I’ve been rotating a few different types and versions of bread so that he doesn’t get bored of it 😅 one way I found was to use a jam! (Which @haruplate makes amazing ones btw!) but if you’re looking to make your own, read on!

There is no exact proportions, I just eyeballed it 😊
A handful of blueberries
A handful of raspberries
1 tbsp chia seeds
.
Method:
1) steam the berries until juices released, around 5-7min.
2) stir in chia seeds and allow to cool. Place in the fridge for at least 20min. That’s it!
.
I used frozen berries but you can use fresh ones too! You can store them in the fridge and use within 3 days 😊 if your child is older, you may also add a squeeze of honey for natural sweetness! Pls share with me @ziq_ if you do try them!

  • ¡A comer! 🍎🍌🥦🥑🌽🥕 ¿Levante la mano para quién los 6 meses son un antes y un después, no sólo para tu bebé sino también para vos? ¿Y quién espera la hora de comer con tantas ansias como la llegada misma del bebé al mundo? 🙋🏻‍♀️

La verdad verdadera, es que a veces no es tan fácil como pensás y tenés que armarte con kilos de paciencia porque comer bien es un hábito y a comer bien se a p r e n d e.

👉🏻 hoy te damos una ayudita para empezar con las primeras comidas:
.
Para empezar:
🔹1 sola comida al día (al mediodía o a la noche).
¿Que pueden comer?
✔️Verduras: papa, zapallo, batata y zanahoria 🥔🍠🥕.
✔️Frutas: pera y banana (sin el centro) 🍐🍌.
✔️Yogures: @yogurisimoargentina firme sabor vainilla.
✔️Quesos: untable o casancrem 🧀.
✔️Aceite: de maíz siempre crudo 🌽 .
✔️Cereales y derivados: féculas, avenas 🥣.
✔️Nestum de @nestle primera etapa.
✔️Gelatina pero no frutos rojos.
✔️Agua 💦 (creo que al principio es lo que más les gusta).

Vayan probando con todos los sabores de a uno, así una vez que podés empezar con las papillas. Podés empezar con formato papilla o con trozos chiquitos y a medida que avances se puede ir triturando más grande para incorporar de a poco el famoso #BLW .

ᴹᴵᴺᴵ ᴿᴱᶜᴱᵀᴵᵀᴬˢ :
1️⃣ papa + zapallo + aceite.
2️⃣ zapallo + avena.
3️⃣ zanahoria + batata + queso.
4️⃣ mix de verduras + caldo.

Ojo! ⚠️ el enchastre es inminente y además de paciencia vas a tener que comprarte un buen jabón quitamanchas 🤣.

Moi Ayam Masak Labu ? Sebenarnya MOI AYAM MASAK LEMAK LABU 🤣

Ingredients::
👉🏻serai (ambik pendek je, potong serai tu, xpayah satu batang, rugi 🤣guna 1/3 serai pun dah bau wangi serai k)
👉🏻santan (agak2 je, ibu guna 1 cube besar utk Iman)
👉🏻ayam
👉🏻halia
👉🏻bawang merah (separuh)
👉🏻bawang putih
👉🏻cfs
👉🏻beras
👉🏻labu sepotong
👉🏻any green veges ( i used broccoli)

Tumis dlu bebawangs halia sikit. Pastu Masukkan air, beras, ayam, labu, cfs dalam periuk. Bukak api dapur yeee 🤣 sambil tunggu air dalm tu menggelegak sikit, boleh prepare basuh sayur potong2. Air dah agak menggelegak, masukkan serai,santan, kacau kacau, masukkan kunyit. .

Kacau kacau sentiasa biar santan sebati, dah nampak cantik dan nasi jadi moi seperti yg dikehendaki, last masukkan  sayur hijau ye. Siap 😍 ibu try and error je masak dkt iman ni, tp alhamdulillah sedap cara xda gula dan garam, better drpd makan moi kosong 😋 ..

    Şimdi kolaya kaçmak istiyorsanız gerçekten en kolay yöntem her malzemeyi rondaya koyup bızzt bızzt karışımı hazırlamak! Eğer yok “çocuğu uyuttum” ya da “sakince duruyor” derseniz alın elinize çatalları başlıyoruz.
    Önce kabuğundan ayırdığımız avokadoyu eziyoruz üzerine muzu ekleyip onu da ezerek bir güzel harmanlıyoruz.Üzerine tek tek önce labneyi ekleyip karıştırmaya devam ediyoruz ardından da yoğurdu.Son olarak cevizleri ve fındıkları da ekleyip yağını da ekledikten sonra şöööyle bir-iki karıştırıp doooğru mideye gönderiyoruz!   • The Pudding Story

My mom makes one of the best puddings and when it comes to me, i have varied levels of disaster. The first time i made flan, half of the container set and the other half was a gooey mess. I decided that from then onwards i will only eat it, and not make one. Fast forward to many years later, i attempted to make flan once again as,
1. The toddler seemed to like it when my mom made for him and 
2. That’s the only way i could get him to have an egg! 
My flans were one epic disaster after the other as it looked like set curdled custard. Needless to say, the toddler wasnt a fan of it. So after 1001 attempts (which i am exaggerating of course) i realised that the creamy texture comes from powder milk, and not liquid cow milk 🤦‍♀️ If you know me, i am not a huge fan of sugar so i try to come up with ways that makes food taste and look good without it. So here it is mango flan with honey. 
Ingredients:
1 egg
3tbsp powder milk
1/2 cup water
2tbsp pureed mango

For syrup:
2tbsp honey
1/4th cup water

Method:
1. Heat the honey and water until it comes to a boil. 
2. Mix all the other ingredients together until creamy. Pour over the honey mixture. 
3. Cover the container with aluminium foil and place in a big pan of boiling water. This process is called ban-Marie or a heated bath. 
4. It takes 10-15mins for the texture to cook through. Check until the middle has been cooked through but still has a slight jiggle.

  • Sweet Potato Pancakes⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Because yummy veggies for breakfast (OR breakfast for dinner😉) is ALWAYS A WINNING IDEA⭐️! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
All three of my kids love these and I love that they're moist, a great source of Vitamin A, calcium, protein, and fiber—AND that they're a perfect way to use up a bit of leftover sweet potato at this time of the year.🍠🍠⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⭐️⭐️To Make:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Add 1/2 cup mashed sweet potato, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 eggs, 1 cup milk, and 2 tbsp melted butter to a blender except the flour and blend until smooth.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Stir in 1 cup whole wheat flour. The batter should be pourable, but thick. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Heat a nonstick or cast iron pan or griddle over medium-heat. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4. Add a sliver of butter, let melt, and swirl to cover pan. Add a small amount of batter, about 2 tablespoons at a time, and spread the batter thin, about 1/2-inch thick or a smidge thinner. (This will help ensure that they cook through.) Cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until set and lightly brown. The pancakes should be mostly set and you should see little bubbles around the edges before you turn them over.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5. Add more butter and repeat to cook the rest of the pancakes.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  • A great way of introducing flavours subtlety to baby is by steaming aromatics with babies food. You can essentially use any herb or whole spice you like to achieve this delicious subtle flavour for babies, introducing flavours early helps to build a diverse pallet as well as the many benefits of herbs, spices and plants 🙏🏽 one of my favourite combinations shown here are some carrot sticks for baby steamed with ginger.
Other great spices and vegetables you can use as aromatics are turmeric root, cinnamon sticks, cloves, ginger, bay leaves, fennel seeds, cardamom etc!

  • Budak ni memang nganga je apa mama suap kat dia. Alhamdulillah berselera dia makan. Harini mama rajin masakkan dia pasta chicken bolognese 😍 menu simple dan senang nak buat. Pejam mata pun jadi! 🤪

Bahan-bahan
-baby pasta
-carrot
-spinach
-onion & garlic
-unsalted butter
-cream cheese
-CBB & tomato paste @bytqahnasir

Steps
1) tumis bebawang dengan unsalted butter
2) dalam masa yang sama rebus pasta 5-7mins dalam periuk lain
3) masukkan ayam
4) masukkan tomato paste & CBB @bytqahnasir
5) masukkan sayuran (in this case, I guna frozen puree sebab memang dah buat stok) boleh juga guna sayur fresh, tunggu sampai empuk
6) masukkan cream cheese & done!

Serious in less than 10 mins je dah siap. Lagi2 bila dah frozen kan puree. Tak payah renyah nak tunggu empuk. Easy peasy!

Tak perlu tambah air sebab ayam, tomato paste & CBB dah keluarkan air sendiri dah. Cukup untuk buat gravy for baby. Nak blend atau tak terpulang kat mommies. I blend kasar sbb hawa belum pandai chew ayam berketul2. Hehe

𝐎𝐚𝐭𝐬 𝐂𝐮𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐭
This is one of the easy peasy recipe & handy to carry without any mess. (I always prefer to carry these cutlets while going out with Suhavi) 
Note :- This recipe is for 7 months to 1 year old. 
ɪɴɢʀᴇᴅɪᴇɴᴛꜱ :- ➡️ 3 to 4 tbsp fresh roasted oats
➡️ 2 boiled potato

Hσɯ ƚσ Mαƙҽ

1. Take mashed boiled potatoes. Add fresh roasted oats in a bowl. Mix them well. Make a dough.
(Use can also add grated carrot or paneer)

2. Take out small portions from the dough & form any shape like cutlets.

3. Finally take non-stick saucepan grease it with ghee and shallow fry for few mins from both sides. Once the golden brown coloured is obtained, your cutlets are ready to gobble.

P.S:- I haven't added any salt in it. Kindly handmash the cutlets when you are giving to your baby.

  • Making sure plant-based babes get enough iron through baby-led weaning can pose some challenges, but it’s not impossible! 💪 These iron-rich baby pancakes are an easy way to meet your babe’s plant-based iron needs. 🥞 ———————————————————————————-
In a medium bowl, whisk together 3/4 cup iron-fortified baby oatmeal cereal, 3/4 cup oat flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. 🥣 ———————————————————————————-
In another bowl, whisk together 1 chia egg (1 tablespoon chia seeds + 3 tablespoons warm water), 1 mashed banana and 1 cup milk of choice (we like breastmilk or soy.) 🥛 Mix together wet and dry. ———————————————————————————-
