Happy Guacamole Day 💚 To celebrate, give this Wonderful pistachio guacamole recipe a go! ⬇️ Recipe Below ⬇️ Ingredients:
3 ripe large avocados
1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
3 tablespoons freshly chopped chives
2 teaspoons finely chopped jalapeño
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped shelled pistachios
Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
Tortilla chips for serving

Method:
Cut the avocados in half lengthwise. Remove the pits from the avocados. Squeeze the avocado flesh into a medium bowl and discard the skins. Add the onion, chives, jalapeño, lime juice, and lemon juice. Mash with a fork, leaving some avocado chunks. Stir in the pistachios and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.

~🥑 Ce petit déjeuner du turfu est juste d'un autre niveau !! Mon genre de petit déjeuner salé express, nourrissant, sain et complet pour bien commencer la semaine et être au top de la forme 💪
C'est le truc que je pourrais dévorer chaque matin, avec que de bonnes choses dont le kale du jardin, des ingrédients bruts, la vrai #realfood quoi ✌
Et parce que je suis sympa, voici la recette des gaufres de patate douce #vegan et #paleo rien que pour vous:

~👉 Pour 4 gaufres (j'en garde 2 et je congèle les 2 autres pour un futur p'tit déj) 85g de purée de patate douce, 50g de farine de châtaigne et 25g d'arrow root @celnatofficiel , 25g de poudre d'amandes, 12 cl d'eau gazeuse, 1 các de bicarbonate+1 cás de vinaigre de cidre, 1 các de cannelle (ou d'eau de fleur d'oranger) ~

~🍴 Mélangez ensemble farine, arrow root, poudre d'amandes et cannelle. 
Ajoutez la purée de patate douce et l'eau gazeuse. Mélangez bien. 
Terminez par le bicarbonate + vinaigre de cidre. Laissez agir. Mélangez. 
Laissez reposer la pâte 15 min ou préparer la, la veille pour le lendemain. 
Faites cuire et régalez vous !!! ENJOY 😍

  • 💥INTERMITTENT FASTING💥

Intermittent Fasting isn’t really a diet but more of an eating strategy. By restricting the amount of time you can eat, you’ll most likely consume fewer calories.

Intermittent Fasting is broken up into a “Fasting” window and a “Feeding” window.
.
In the Fasting window, you can consume zero calorie beverages (water, black coffee, tea etc.) - no food and no calories! (I know this isn’t technically an actual “fast” but for weightless purposes it’s what works well) 😊
.
In the Feeding window, you can eat what you normally eat (protein, carbs, vegetables, fruits, fats etc.) You should still be drinking water and you can have coffee
.
In the above example, the Fasting window is 16 hours and the Feeding window is 8. There are other methods but this one is the most utilized, sustainable and studied (for now). The timing of your 2 windows can be whatever suits your schedule. I would suggest starting off with a 14/10 hr split and gradually extending the Fasting window to 16 hrs.

The windows can be whatever suits your schedule the best. The example above is probably best for someone who works 9-5 but if you work a night shift, you can flip it by 12 hours. Basically just wait about 5 hours after you’ve woken up to start eating and stop eating about 3 hours before you go to bed 😊
.
There is also evidence that suggests that Intermittent Fasting could improve metabolism and growth hormone production, however, whether this is 100% true and/or significant is still very debatable
.
At the end of the day, if you’re trying to lose a few lbs and if your schedule and lifestyle meshes well with Intermittent Fasting then give it a shot 🏀
