  • Cooking A La Julia Child's style. Wine for me, wine for the meat!
I found this inexpensive French wine at Trader Joe's. $4.99 It's not stellar but it's drinkable. So, one for me, one for the boef !!
Chuck roast, cut up.
Red wine 
Garlic powder, chili powder, salt, cumin. 
Bring to boil them low simmer till it falls apart. 
Bon Appetit!

  • Bolinho delicioso e fácil de fazer! Low Carb que não parece low carb.  Sucesso total por aqui! Quem fizer me marca nos stories!!!! Bolinho de limão low Carb. 
Vamos a receita? 
INGREDIENTES: - 2 ovos;
- suco de 2 limões (usei taiti);
- 5 colheres (sopa) de farinha de amêndoas;
- 2 colheres (sopa) e farinha de coco - poderia der coco  ralado;
- 2 colheres (sopa) de azeite (ou óleo de coco, ou manteiga);
- 3 colheres de xilitol ou outro adoçante culinário. - 2 colheres (sopa) de leite de coco;
- 1 colher (sopa) de psyllium (da certo sem);
- 1/2 colher de fermento em pó;
- raspas de limão a gosto. .

MODO DE PREPARO:
Bata bem os ovos, acrescente o suco de limão,  o azeite e o leite de coco. Misture bem. Coloque as farinhas e o adoçante, deixando por último o fermento em pó. Misture delicadamente e distribua a massa em forminhas de cupcake untadas com óleo de coco Ou manteiga. 
Leve para assar em forno pré aquecido a 180 graus por 15 a 20 minutos. 
Retire. Espere esfriar para servir, coloque a calda e decore como desejar. .

Calda:
3 colheres de leite de coco + suco de 1 limão + 2 colheres de xilitol. Fogo baixo até engrossar. Fica aquela calda transparente sabe? Adoro ela em bolinhos de limão.

 Salt and black pepper  After the zucchini Mannbshr we put it in a towel and squeeze it so as to see Moetha after two Nkhaltha with the rest of the ingredients.
 Place the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees preheated. .

  • Homemade almond butter. I have the Cuisinart that’s on sale at Costco right now. I love it! It has a small work bowl. Perfect for small batches. The recipe for almond butter was in the booklet. The almonds are used I’ve been on the shelf a little one. So I added a splash of sugar free coffee syrup. And used MTC oil instead of grapeseed.  Page 25 in the instruction book. Calls for 9 ounces, about 2 cups of raw almonds unsalted. .5 tablespoons of grapeseed oil, salt to taste if you want. That simple! Might be a little sweet for my taste at a less next time of the sweetness. #cusinart #glutenfreegranny #keto #takeoffpoundssensibly #atkins #topsor0300northbend.

😉 O que mata fome é COMIDA DE VERDADE mesmo que possa parecer estranho por estar fora do horário tido como padrão. ⌚ Se ovos, carnes e verduras "não descem" nestes momentos isso quer dizer que vc não está com fome, vc está com vontade de comer. (Neste caso busque os posts sobre isso)

Palitinhos de cenoura, ovos de codorna, nuts, cubinhos de frango e dadinhos de queijo são exemplos de opções para levar em uma marmitinha, caso seja realmente necessário.

O fato é que raramente uma pessoa lipoadaptada vai sentir fome em horários não convencionais, caso aconteça é importante não mudar a abordagem e permanecer alerta aos gatilhos e sabotagens.

    😉 O que mata fome é COMIDA DE VERDADE mesmo que possa parecer estranho por estar fora do horário tido como padrão. ⌚ Se ovos, carnes e verduras "não descem" nestes momentos isso quer dizer que vc não está com fome, vc está com vontade de comer. .
    Palitinhos de cenoura, ovos de codorna, nuts, cubinhos de frango e dadinhos de queijo são exemplos de opções para levar em uma marmitinha, caso seja realmente necessário.

    O fato é que raramente uma pessoa lipoadaptada vai sentir fome em horários não convencionais, caso aconteça é importante não mudar a abordagem e permanecer alerta aos gatilhos e sabotagens.

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve made these but tuna sounded good for lunch so here we are. I paired them with half a bag of @questnutrition ranch tortilla protein chips. .

I used @fishinfamilies tuna, mixed with @primalkitchenfoods avocado mayo, dill weed, spicy brown mustard and some onion salt from Trader Joe’s. (It’s the best) ...Swipe for photo of the ingredients I used. I topped this mixture on a pickle slice with and a small slice of cheese. .

This is one of those things that you just open your mouth wide and shove it in for the full flavor effect 🤣

Tag a friend who needs to make these. Would also be great at a part as an appetizer and just spear it with a toothpick 👍🏻

If you’re experiencing keto flu or low energy it’s probably an electrolyte deficiency! The first place to start is MORE SALT! More salt is always the answer on keto. I repeat DO NOT FEAR SALT. Not enough salt will cause way more problems than too much salt. .

Next up is magnesium and potassium! This is my favorite way to get them if you cant afford to buy supplements 🙌 The almonds have magnesium and the avocado has potassium! .
.
You can also get magnesium from spinach (cooked is better), and potassium from cream of tartar (just mix like 1/2 tsp with 1 tsp salt in 6 oz water). .
