Arms first.

21’s Barbell x 4
OH DB Tricep Extensions x 9 x 4

Superset x 4⤵️
Barbell Bicep Curls x 8
Lying Barbell Tricep Extensions x 8-10

Superset x 3⤵️
High Cable Bicep Curls x 8
Tricep Rope Pulldown x 9

Superset x 4⤵️
Chin-ups x 8
Parallel Bars Dips x 15

Superset x 3⤵️
Zottman Curls x 6
Tricep Kickbacks x 8

I then did an ab focused circuit.
⬇️ x 3-4

Kettlebell Squats x 15
Kettlebell Swing x 10
Russian Twists x 30
Weighted Full Body Crunches x 15
Push-ups x 12
Weighted V-Ups x 12
Jackknife Crunches x 14
Flutter kicks x 1 min. 
Side Planks x 45 sec/side

By the way.. I do include stretching, my daily physical therapy exercises, but mostly importantly for you... CARDIO daily!

I currently stick to the bike and some rowing for 15-30 minutes prior to my workouts.
_
It’s your preference before or after!

Including it is essential to an overall healthier you, which increases your abilities and performance! 💪🏼🙌🏼

  • Después de estar todo el día disfrutando de las playas cristalinas de Córcega, me tocaba entrenar bíceps y tríceps.

Ayer no pude entrenar porque estuvimos todo el día fuera visitando varias ciudades y pasé muchas horas conduciendo.

A continuación tenéis los ejercicios: -

1️⃣Bend Bíceps Curls: 5 series de 10-12 reps
2️⃣Bend Hammer Curls: 5 series de 10-12 reps
3️⃣Bend Single Arm Curls: 5 series de 10-12 reps
4️⃣Diamond Push Ups: 5 series de 10-12 reps
