Most of it is not your fault, you have many people to attend to and it is understandable but making customers wait for too long is a “no no” in every business. What annoys most customers, is when they customer notice that a person skips the line or is being attended to first. They get the impression that they are less important to you or your business.

2.Difficult Accessing Your Services or products – Many people want easy access to almost everything so when you make your services or product difficult to access, it will bring you less customers. Making an easy access to your products or services will save you time that could be used in guiding or taking complaints. Moreover guiding customers through some processes which are very easy but because the difficulty in accessing can be very frustrating and can create an impression that the customer is not smart and who doesn’t want to feel smart.

3.Hidden Costs – No one likes it when they purchase something and the cost is more than what they were told it was, even you, wouldn’t like that. Leave no additional cost to the products or services. If you do, you will end up losing more customers because no one wants a bad surprise, and always remember.
