予防や健康に関する知識が豊富で実践していても、病院にお世話になることだってあります。

私たちは「予防」はできても「治療」はできない。

医療関係者の皆様は、この事態で誰が彼らを守ってくれるんでしょうね?

補償とかとは別問題。
.
休息のない、食事もままならない。
.
助けられる命も限られます。
.
みんな同じ地球人ですから。
.
この騒ぎが落ち着いたら、看護士や医師を辞めてしまう方もいらっしゃるでしょう。
.
そういうことも含めて、「バランス」のとれた「思考」を養うのも、yogaなのです。

Once there was this yogi who got into a bad accident. He had to stay in the hospital for weeks, bedridden. But he did not stop doing yoga — he did it in his head.

Every day he closed his eyes and visualized himself flowing through the whole #ashtanga #yoga series. Every day.

Guess what happened when he finally was able to step on his mat again? It was almost as he was never gone.

The lesson: don’t underestimate the power of our your own mind. If you don’t have access to a pool or you can only do a tiny bit of your normal training, swim in your mind.

  • Tan frágil y tan fuerte como un cristal✨

Las gemas y cristales son manifestaciones de la creación, despliegan vibraciones de pura luz y energías de sanación. Al utilizarlos vamos recordando y develando lo que somos. Cada mineral con su mensaje nos recuerda el propósito de nuestra alma y nuestra misión karmica.

Hoy quiero adentrarme un poquito más en mí, porque desde mí experiencia puedo conectarme quizás con la tuya y seguir creciendo y aprendiendo en red. 
Hace un año que, después de resistirme bastante y intuyendo por dónde vania la cuestión, me hice una resonancia y salieron 2 protusiones cervicales. Que me estaban ocasionando bastante dolor en mí brazo izquierdo y cuello. 
En plena  práctica de comenzar a reencontrarme con Shirshasana. 
Y si, tuve que bajar mil cambios, y sigo readaptando la práctica.
Practique un tiempo la serie Chikitsa de Ashtanga sin Chaturanga, sin Salamba Sarvangasana (que tanto amo), sin Halasa. A veces me encontraba llorando, otras emocionada por toda mí fuerza y lo que iba logrando, y así..día a día algo nuevo aparecía o desaparecía. 
Como toda lesión, viene a enseñarnos y aunque lo primero que hagamos sea pelearnos con el dolor, debemos recordar su misión, la creamos por y para algo: le agradezco por estar ahí. 
Comencé a verme muy exigente conmigo misma, a ver todo el peso que me ponía en la vida (y muchas veces me pongo, seguimos aprendiendo). Descubrí la desconexión del cuerpo que existe en muchxs de nosotrxs y la necesidad de que cambie a una nueva conexión. Me empecé a conectar con una práctica amorosa, más amable conmigo misma, más dúctil.
Me encontré con mis frustraciones, con mí ego, más de frente. Tuve muchos altibajos.
Pero me veo ahí, aqui, firme, confiada, sabiendo que acá estoy para aprender, que todo es perfecto, y que me estoy sanando. El camino es hacia el corazón. 
Quiero compartir que mis alumnxs son grandes maestros, y a quienes deseo poder transmitirles todo lo que el Yoga me dio y me da. Trasmitirles que amen su cuerpo, que confíen en su sabiduría, que se escuchen, que creen su propio camino, que experimenten, que la voluntad y el amor sean las bases para este camino.

  • Pour ceux que demandent des nouvelles #la_cuisine_de_marta . Je vas bien. Je suis confiné avec ma copine qu’on partage le même métier et parfois des challenges ensemble. Et pendant ce confinement vue que notre métier fait partir de ceux que ne peuvent pas exercer nos activités, on a décidé de se faire plaisir en partageant notre passion. On pense beaucoup à tous nos chères clients. Moi de mon côté je prépare des nouveaux menus pour mes chères clients et Yuka de sont côté pour ses chères clients.  C’est très dur pour nous de ne pas pouvoir exercer notre métier, on pense à un plan pour aider à nous champions soignants, à ceux que continuent à travailler pour que ne nous manque rien dans notre quotidien confiné. À part de se faire plaisir à cuisiner, on profite aussi de se défouler dans le sport, yoga tous les jours, méditation, lecture, déguster des bons vins naturel, rigoler et se reposer. By doing may be photography or cooking or like me reading novels. People are getting bored in this time but I want you all to utilize this time to rejuvenate yourself.   • Well I knocked a little bit of time off today. Only a minute and a half but it's in the right direction 😁🏃‍♂️ Gonna get the time down a bit more before I start increasing the distance closer to 10k.

Also found a couple of great apps which I tried out this morning. Once I've had a couple more practices I might start filming but they're  good for mixing it up a little.
~
Take a look at Home 'Workout for Men' and 'Yoga Workout', both have great free workouts and programmes for beginners to seasoned fitness fanatics!

Die Beckenmotorik erachte ich als eine der wichtigsten Bewegung und folglich die Grundvoraussetzung für die korrekte Ausführung zahlreicher Übungen wie beispielsweise die Kniebeuge, Liegenstütze, Plank und sämtliche Bauchübungen. Es ist wichtige zu verstehen, dass eine verbesserte Beckenmotorik durch Übung (kippen und drehen des Beckens) erzielt werden kann. Diese Übung führt dazu, dass ihr lernt, euer Becken zu kontrollieren und stabilisieren. Gefährlich wird es dann, wenn ihr euer Becken nicht kontrollieren und stabilisieren könnt, da euer Rücken und andere unerwünschte Muskeln dafür kompensieren muss und dies zu Rückenbeschwerden sowie einer Fehlhaltung (schlechte Ausführung der Übung) führt.

Steht nun vor dem Spiegel und übt mit langsamen Bewegungen euer Becken zu kontrollieren – viel Spass dabei.

  • How are you caring for yourself? Right here. Right now. What are you doing to take care of YOU? (Please tell me, I’d really like to know). Personally, I am up and down a lot these days. Like so many I am doing my best to move through a time that just feels surreal. All of our nervous systems are stuck in a stress response (fight-flight-freeze). It’s normal, it’s human and it is very real. 
The root of Yoga and Ayurveda is to take you out of your stress response and back into a state of ease. Your digestion is the platform for all of it. Ayurveda believes that if your digestion is balanced, your whole body is balanced. Your body is an expression of your own unique DNA, when we settle into it’s rhythm - everything follows - better immunity, less inflammation, healthier tissue. Simple, easeful, do-able habits to create a deeper relationship and authentic rhythm with yourself.

J’ai adoré nos échanges pendant et après sur le « yoga démocratique » 😜 et l’idée qu’il n’existe pas de case à remplir pour avoir le « droit » d’avoir une spiritualité ou une pratique de #yoga « valable » ( vous savez, les préjugés existent partout, ce n’est souvent que la manifestation d’un ego déplacé même dans ce milieu là). J’ai adoré que vous compreniez mon 2nd Degré car j’en use beaucoup dans mes cours en vrai et mes élèves le savent 🙂
