  • Best tips for them big ass quads: 🦵🏻 -
1. Squat ass to grass- basically get as low as your can, as you can see how low my hips are relative to my knee position.

2. Slow eccentric- lower yourself with a deliberate controlled tempo. Controlling the weight stretching the muscle fibres as much as possible.

3. Pause- getting the pause at the bottom of the movement I have taken away that elastic potential and there is no bounce to get out of the hole. Using the quads as the driving factor of the movement.

4. 8-15 rep range- leave your ego at the door, we are here to bodyBUILD not be powerlifters. To get a true hypotrophic response we must perform a sufficient enough reps. This is the best range for the quads to respond and create this adaptation for growth! NOT 1-5 REPS!!!!! 5. Volume- get sufficient volume in by progressing your MEV (minimum effective volume) all the way to your MAV (maximum adaptive volume) and end your mesocycle at your MRV (maximum recoverable volume). Deload and recycle the volume and push it even higher 👍🏻 -

I don’t think it’s a small secret, but I really do have a dislike for most fitness based social media influencers. The ones who are out there pushing the good word, setting an example and providing quality advice; you guys can stay. The best accounts are people being themselves, living their life.

You know the type. Every picture is staged, possibly photoshopped, filtered to high heaven and pre-dates to a time and location where the weather is completely different to the current forecast. They are trying to sell you something, be it clothing or supplements. Insert provocative pose here... #

Don’t listen (read). You’re better than that.

Being honest with yourself is a hard road. Choose who to follow wisely and don’t be led, the social media hard sell is everywhere. If it seems like it’s too good to be true then it probably is, and you really don’t need that “special tea” that’ll help you lose weight. Tea doesn’t work like that...😉 #

  • Client gary has put in nothing but 110% effort. That’s his transformation until he returns in a few months of a break from gym. 81kg > 64kg 
He has been patience , consistent and had nutrition to a T 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 doesn’t happen overnight. Every day you wake up and make the decision to work harder than day before. Proud of him 🙌🏼🙌🏼
