  • The truth about me. 
The truth:
I have always struggled. I’ve struggled with just about everything in life. Alcohol, soda, energy drinks, video games, laziness, debt, sex/women, fast food, I have a hard time doing the things that make and keep me successful. 
After the last two weeks I’ve been really feeling like a complete failure, at everything. It’s nice to see progress even though I’ve been stress eating and being an over all lazy a$$%%le my body, mind a spirit is feeling it. 
The truth: 
I don’t want to feel like this anymore. Ever again. 
I now offer a hybrid online program, remote training, plus a 30 minute Skype call every week. New habits every couple of weeks. .....

  • Some researchers believe that it takes 21 days to start a habit⁣ 📈

It is 23 days into the new year and you may or may not be feeling like you’ve established that habit you want! ⁣
⁣
If you are feeling like you are losing sight of it, ask yourself these questions: ⁣
⁣
1️⃣Was this goal attainable in the first place? You may have to tweak it a little to be more realistic to fit into your lifestyle! ⁣
⁣
2️⃣Were you specific enough? “Get in shape” or “feel better” doesn’t really mean anything! ⁣
⁣
3️⃣Do you have support or anyone to keep you accountable? It’s so easy to cut corners when we are going at it alone! ⁣
⁣
It may be time to check in and be honest about those goals, whatever they may be! ⁣

  • Chest, shoulders, and triceps!!!📌💪🏼
I didn’t record a lot today because I was so focused on keeping my mind focused on the intensity of my workout, but I did get most of it! I had a smooth day on bench today honestly, my one rep max of 115 felt better than it did last week so we are making progress!!🤩🤩🤩 1️⃣Bench press 5x10,8,6,5,5
2️⃣Incline DB bench press 4x10
3️⃣Cable pulls 5x10 
5️⃣Military press 5x8,5,5,3,2
6️⃣Seated DB military press 4x10,6,5,5 S/S lateral raises
7️⃣Tricep pull down drop set 4x6-8 heavy 
8️⃣Tricep dips 4x8 burnout 
I am so excited to read up on strength training with the books I had sent over email and just learn as much as I can!! 😤🙌🏼 Never stop learning, you are always teach able no one knows everything! 🙌🏼 Also, just a small reminder to be kind to yourself today!!💗💖 @gymshark top & sports bra🦈 @nike spandex🤘🏼

  • Officially a third of the way through the #Gymshark66 challenge and I’m feeling better than ever! 🤩 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Spent today focusing on cardio and abs and it’s safe to say my stamina has improved over the past 22 days massively! 🏃🏻‍♀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Excited to see how I’m going to feel and look in 44 more days 😆

Currently on week two of prep. Everything is going super smooth so far. My gastroparesis hasn’t been bothering me this time around which is a huge plus. I almost forgot what it was like to eat healthy without getting super sick.

I practiced a little bit of posing this afternoon. There’s progress to be made, I just need to loosen up, get out of my comfort zone and bring out the sass💁🏼‍♀️

I have decided to do my first show here locally which puts me at 17 weeks out🙌🏽
