  • Killer shoulder giant set demonstrated  by my client. We did this after training chest to cap off the shoulders by hitting them from every possible direction. Starting with the weaker rear delt, then laterals, finishing with the overpowering front delts. Always train weak points first and frequently first. 
1- seated reverse overhead cable flies. 15-20reps
2- seated Db side laterals. 15 reps
3- seated low cable front single arm raise

  • Always start my chest and shoulder days with shoulder mobility work mostly with resistance bands followed by side laterals and over head presses with 5 pound dumbbells. Had a pretty juicy chest pump today. Give my workout a shot.
1- deficit machine press 
4sets of 12-15reps
Superset 
2- Low cable flys
4sets of 12-20reps

3- incline plate loaded press
4sets of 10-15reps

4- machine S.A. front raise
4 sets 10-15reps each

.
1.) Pistol squats x 8-10
Tip - Slowly sit into the bench activating the Glute 
2.) Bulgarian Split Squats x 8-10
Tip - Drop your quad at least parallel to floor 
3.) Single leg Smith machine hip thrusts x 6-8 
Tip - 3 second eccentric phase, 1 second concentric phase. Use a heavy enough weight to hit failure at 6-8. 
Repeat x 3-4 Rounds .

Train hard Fit Fam!

2.) SINGLE LEG WALKING LUNGES x 8 each leg *Both exercises I went as heavy as I could (2-5-30lbs DBs) and slow negatives, pushing through my heels & contracting the glute as hard as I can at the top.

Glute machine - DB Deadlifts - Nordic Ham curls
