⚡ 2005: replaced breakfast with 1L of fresh juice, always adding plenty of fruits to ensure super yummy juices, otherwise lots of partying and junk food
.
⚡ 2014 "vegan": ate a lot of hummus 😂 + grains, nuts, processed foods, oils, some vegan junk, protein powder, lots of salads and 30% fruit
.
⚡ 2015 "fully raw": upped my fruit content to 50% but also ate tons of nuts & seeds, processed "raw" food, raw chocolate & other raw deserts, lots of avocadoes and fermented products (sauerkraut, kombucha etc)
.
⚡ 2016 "raw 'till 4": 60% fruit; reintroduced cooked foods but ate simply - no more gourmet crazy combinations; reduced fat and salt intake; nuts, some tofu and other processed vegan foods; cut down on raw chocolate & vegan cakes
.
⚡ 2017 "mucusless diet": 80% fruit; more fruit mono meals, some mono fruit cleanses, less than 10% fat; some beans/lentils; eliminated grains, tofu, mushrooms, chocolate and processed food; ended the year by doing a 7-day dry fast
.
⚡ 2018: 90% fruit; some cooked veggies - mainly sweet potatoes, lots of salads, very low salt; some sesame seeds/tahini and pistachios (the lowest fat content nut) but otherwise eliminated nuts & seeds, oils, as well as beans/lentils (and my beloved hummus!!); 54 days on juicy fruits only

⚡ 2019: 95% fruit, some cooked veggies; largely eliminated cruciferous veggies such as broccoli, kale, cabbage and cauliflower as well as garlic & onion, only at restaurants
.
Consistent periods of #fasting since 2014 and daily intermittent #dryfasting since 2016
