Io sono sempre stata abituata a studiare con scemo e riassunti con freccine e tanti colori.
Gli scemo li creo unendo gli appunti presi in classe e alle nozioni del libro, mischio tutto ed esce uno scema completo sull’argomento. 
Sceicco il titolo in alto con un pennarello a punta grossa o brush, sotto scrivo il sottotitolo/sottoargomento con una trattiene dello stessa tonalità o colore del pennarello e poi se ho delle definizioni scrivo,per esempio, la parola in stampatello maiuscolo e poi la evidenzio, faccio una faccina colorata e scrivo in minuscolo la definizione. I miei schemi sono composti da definizioni intervallate con qualche riga più discorsiva e vado avanti così fino alla fine.
Successivamente, una volta che ho fatto il mio schema dove studio con tutte le descrizioni fatte bene, prendo un foglio nuovo e metto al centro il titolo dell’argomento che ho studiato e iniziò a fare partire freccia da tutte le parti con i titoli dei sottoargomenti senza altre descrizioni così mi creo un discorso generale con cui posso ripassare.
Se non creo i miei schemi a mano faccio dei riassunti sul computer con una nuova tecnica scoperta da YouTube (se volete la spiegazione di questo commentate).

  • One of the biggest satisfactions as a coach is witnessing people take extra care and attention to movements!

I am not referring to complex movements either, to us here at Huntsman we get more excited when somebody demonstrates the will to execute the basic movements to the best of their abilities.
~
This action speaks volumes to a coach, it not only displays effort on your part but also shows that you care and will not be satisfied with a sub par attempt at trying to move well.
~
This is how a solid foundation is created to which we can build upon.

  • Never doubt yourself or feel bad if you are feeling mentally unwell. Your mental health is just as IMPORTANT as your physical health! 
I’m happy to see that as time goes by more and more people are becoming more aware of mental illnesses but at the same time there are sooo many people out there who just don’t understand and won’t take it seriously, but I just want you to know that if you are surrounded by those people then YOU don’t take THEM seriously. I always think you must be a very closed minded person to not understand or want to understand Mental Health when so many people are affected by it. 
I guess the only thing we can do now is help raise as much awareness as possible and educate those in the dark.

  • These are the moments we have all the time that we rarely capture or share. Yes people come here to exercise, but we are SO much more than that! The connections our members form are what make our community so strong and what keep everyone happy and motivated to exercise! 
Doesn't take much to look around  and see wide array of ages, fitness levels and bodies in our group; people that normally wouldn't have any reason to get to know each other. But we have all formed some amazing bonds and friendships that make coming to the studio so great. It''s not about coming in, smashing a session and leaving; it's about supporting each other, working hard, and having fun! 
We love every member in the Peachi community, and we are always ready to welcome new members 💜
