It frustrates me so much hearing society deem foods as 'bad' foods. Like are they really bad?! Or are you making them bad by over doing it?

To me, a bad food is considered something that's either out of date or covered in mold. Chocolate bar, ice cream, slice of pizza? THAT'S JUST FOOD.

This is one of the top reasons why people develop eating disorders, or have bad body images. Because society drills into our heads that 'treats' are bad for us, it makes us conscious of what we are putting into our bodies. It makes people become obsessive and unhealthy.

Treats are NOT bad.
Obviously if you eat them all day, everyday, yea that's not good. But if you eat them in moderation and TREAT yourself, there is absolutely nothing wrong with that.

This is something I've learned the hard way. I restricted myself from 'bad foods' for far too long. Eat what you want and enjoy every single bite of it!
If you want to have treat on the weekend, or that piece of birthday cake, or dessert on the holidays then do it and forget everyone else's irrelevant opinions. Leave the guilt behind you, enjoy your damn self and let it fuel you the next dayyy 💪🏽
