I have had anxiety as long back as I can remember. I do see a doctor to keep it controlled, but sometimes when I am feeling extra anxious there are things that I can do at home to help relax. A hot bath with some Epson salts is one of my favorite ways to relieve stress with smelly bath bombs and face masks. I have started to dive in slowly to the world of essential oils and use lavender bath salts with my daughter baths at night.
The Anxiety Relief Oil Roll On by #PrimeNatural comes in a 10ml amber glass bottle with a metal roller ball for easy application. It comes already diluted with grapeseed oil, it is a blend of Silver fir, Ylang Ylang, Norway Spruce, Juniper Needle, Cedarwood. It has a very earthy scent to me. It instructs you to apply to your pulse points like neck, wrists, forearms, temples etc. You can put it on a warm compress for your forehead or you can even apply it to a tissue for the scent it you don’t want to apply it to your skin. It is not meant to be ingested and you should avoid the eye area.
This blend of essential oils helps to relieve stress, tension. It can help you relax to sleep better and feeling calm and grounded. I have mostly been using it on my pulse points at night when I have the most anxiety and trouble sleeping. In combination with my normal routine, I do think it helps me to feel less anxious. It’s perfect size to fit in your purse and a little goes a long way.
