  • Just an example of the meals I'm eating.  It's hard to stomach these meals as they are so repetitive.  Coming up with ways to enjoy the meals is tough especially with no dairy or sugary sauces. 1 day at a time is how I'm approaching this because if I imagine eating like this long term anxiety instantly kicks in. 1 meal at a time , 1 day at a time. If I don’t know what to cook, I usually end up with cooking salmon 🤗 This bowl was so easy and quick to prepare: baked sweet potato, fried salmon chunks, roasted asparagus with fresh cherry tomatoes, avocado and strawberries 😍 And lots of greens: arugula and lamb’s lettuce 🌿 I sprinkled everything with chili flakes and balsamic vinegar just before eating. It was so delicious 🤤

  • You have to find what your body best responds to. I work on blood type and gut feel. Seeming that during prep stages I'll eat 6-8 times a day, I make my lunches simple and easy to prepare. This is one of my top choices.
1 x tin tuna 23g protein
1 large baked potato (about 300g) about 60g carbs
2 tablespoon cottage cheese for casein (slow release) protein and a fat source to balance the PH of my meal. Also filled with excellent health properties and assists with gut health.
Table salt and pepper to taste

This takes me about 10 minutes to prepare and pack 4 meals. Who says meal prep has to be difficult? It's what you make of it 💪

The mughlai cuisine game is top notch here and with a variety of fried items up for grabs, I decided to opt for the succelent kebabs for dinner. This one's definitely recommended and has got the vibe as you see a packed crowd from 7pm to almost midnight! Bhopal, you're really treating me well 😁

    Schätzt mal in den Kommentaren wie viele Kalorien diese gesamte Bowl mit Obst hat?? Ich löse es dann später auf:) Bei mir gibt es dann noch ein wenig Joghurt für die Proteine und schon hat meine eine vitaminreiche Mahlzeit 👍

  • okay so far LOVING this day off 💥 even though i woke up to get some things done, i started off with a killer class at @cyclebar_pm . i love trying new studios and workouts 🙌🏼 so lmk if you think there’s one i should try next! hopped into whole foods afterwards to pick up one thing and successfully came out with only one additional item 😂 no self control what can i say. currently eating my favorite kind of lunch combo that i feel like i haven’t had in years 🤤 get a bit more running around to to do but the sun is shining, the temps are getting warmer, the endorphins are high and we are feeling great today ☀️

👌🏼I’ll be real honest: eating meal prepped home cooked food takes some getting used to.
.
🤔Yeah, meal prepping is similar to eating leftovers. BUT there is a subtle difference between leftovers and meal prepping. with meal prep, you’re cooking a specific type of meal meant to be eaten in the future. With regular leftovers that’s not always the case! Sometimes you make a nice dinner and have random sides and small bits of the entree leftover and it’s not really what I’d call a complete meal.

💯Meal preps are MADE to be eaten in the future which is why not all recipes and meals will work as meal preps. If you’ve had a not-so-great experience with leftovers or meal prep in general, it could have been the meals chosen, not that the food wasn’t fresh enough.

🤷🏻‍♀️Can we cook meals fresh for every meal? Absolutely. But our time is better spent on other stuff: relaxing, recharging, hanging out with friends/family, side hustling, working out etc.

🤘🏼If you’re someone that wants to meal prep but says they only enjoy food if it’s “fresh” you CAN change your story. It comes down to mindset. And if cooking fresh meals daily is working for you, obviously keep it up!

  • Brunchinnnnn on this delicious bowl of GOODNESS. Baked avocado 🥑 with a fried egg 🍳 with salt & pepper topped with crispy bacon 🥓 and goat cheese. WITH my absolute fav, cauliflower gnocci ( step by step turiprial on how to cook it is on my stories right now! ) THIS WAS GOOD and hit the spot. All my favs in one. YUMMM. Tag your brunchin bff 🍴 👯‍♀️

  • Breakfast Loaded Sweet Potato 🍠 Prepped baked sweet potato with sautéed kale + a scrambled egg + 1/4 avocado + sautéed mushrooms. An easy savory breakfast if you make the sweet potato ahead of time 👌🏻 Slowly starting to eat normally again since my reaction has gone down. I was kind of slacking on keeping track of what I was eating/drinking because I hadn’t had a reaction in so long but learned my lesson there 😅 Hope you guys have a great start to this week! -
