  • The only person that suffers with a victim mentality is yourself. You start to feel sorry for yourself, and guess what? You create excuses, why you shouldn't or can't do something about your problem.

Every problem has a start right? It also has an end when it's solved. Are you going to solve it or wait for someone to do it for you. Your problems are yours because you created them. As soon as you decide something is a problem for you, you've created it.

Do you create your problems or do you solve them even before it effects you? Share a problem you've solved today below!

  • There's a difference between having multiple goals and having multiple tasks. The tasks can form as micro goals but essentially they are the process that leads to the goal.

The number of tasks will vary between each goal. Its a matter of managing those tasks well, to be able to achieve the goals. If there are too many tasks demanded by a goal it can become too much. In this case you have 3 options.

1. Drop other goals to achieve this one.
2. Drop this goal to achieve others.
3. Extend time constraint to achieve this goal.

Do you use any of these to manage your goals? Comment below 1, 2 or 3 or a combination!

  • Many people start multiple tasks and goals at the same time and they end up burning themselves out mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually and even financially. There’s nothing wrong with doing multiple things at once as long as you are able to maintain all of them evenly by spreading your time between all tasks. Anyone can start several things but to get to the end of all of them is not so easy.

Drop the tasks least important and least urgent and focus on the others. Even if that means dropping a few more along the way until you’re working on 1 by the end. Keep it going to the end. It is far better to finish one that to lose all of them.

Do you often try to juggle too many goals at once? How many goals are you working on and how many tasks do you set yourself daily? Comment below and share your multitasking ability!

  • Be proud of yourself for doing what scares you, even if it’s something that seems simple or easy to others. Eating a fear food, wearing a new outfit, speaking up in a social setting, slowing down and taking time for self care, being kind to yourself. Celebrate every victory and failure. That means you’re growing. 💪
.
Shaky english, but happy I did it cause I was definitely nervous 😆 A lot of people tell me my handstands on high things are scary, but for me, this close grip is way more nerve wracking than any height 😋 Swipe over to see what happens when you rush a press down... 😂

  • « The price of inaction is far greater than the cost of making a mistake. » Meister Eckhart
.
This quote felt like a bolt of lightning to the brain when I heard it on the @femmefluence_official podcast. 😱 I remember a time when I was starting to hear ideas about food freedom and would dream about what it would be like to really accept my body, but I was scared. What if this wasn’t the right thing to do and I messed up all my “progress”? It took a long time, and I definitely made mistakes, had setbacks, and continue to mess up now, but it was the best decision in the world to take the first step. What action are you holding yourself back from because you’re scared of messing up? It could be wearing a new outfit, trying a food that you had labeled as “bad”, giving yourself permission to move your body in way that brings you joy and doesn’t feel like a punishment. Whatever it is, just remember that messing up is good, great even, because it means you’re moving out of your comfort zone. Don’t let fear keep you stuck. Take action. .

  • This might be my favorite part of our Revelation Breathwork Facilitator Training Level 1.⁣
⁣
Probably because I’ve made them ALL!⁣
⁣
Even experienced facilitators, practitioners, and healers make these mistakes all the time.⁣
⁣
The key is to understand them so that you can identify them when they creep into your consciousness, so you can shift your mind and intention.⁣
⁣
I’ll share one. #1 - Comparing yourself to other practitioners / healers.⁣
⁣
It’s so easy to see the gifts others possess and discredit our own uniqueness. ⁣
⁣
We can spend so much time and energy trying to be like other people we admire, that it’s easy to overlook our own gifts.⁣
⁣
Some people see auras.⁣
Some people are clairvoyant.⁣
Some people are clairaudient.⁣
Some people are channels.⁣
⁣
I spent so much time searching for and wondering - “What am I?”⁣
⁣
That I discredited my own unique gifts that bring Love and healing to others.⁣
⁣
Part of stepping into our calling as a facilitator / healer is embracing ALL of ourselves;⁣
⁣
our gifts and what we think are our weaknesses or vulnerabilities; the things we don’t want our clients to know about us because they might go to someone else who is “better” than us!⁣
⁣
These insecurities are the very doorway to unlocking deeper capacities within us to love and to serve others.⁣
⁣
You were created on purpose.⁣
⁣
You have unique gifts of loving to offer the world, that is God wanting to express Itself THROUGH YOU.⁣
⁣
Not all facilitators look the same. ⁣
⁣
There is no template.⁣
⁣
There is only one requirement, and that is to BE the presence of Love.⁣
⁣
Love makes no comparisons.⁣
⁣
Love makes no judgments.⁣
⁣
If you want to expand into your fullest potential as a facilitator, you must be who you truly are and heal the rest.⁣
⁣
Come join us this weekend in a deep dive into Revelation Breathwork, Spiritual Psychology, and the healing power of Love.⁣
⁣
You will leave with the training to serve yourself and others deeply. It’s going to be transformational!⁣

  • ⚡️Failure is simply the option to begin again, with more intelligence.
.
Yesterday’s plan was to summit Mt Katahdin, Maines highest peak. After making it almost to the top once we were exposed above the tree line we got absolutely pummeled by rain and wind. It was a tough call but we decided to turn back around.🗻
.
Does this mean we are giving up on out goal? Absolutely not. We’ll be back next summer except this time we plan to give ourselves 2 days to hike so that we can make the most of the better weather.
.
🧐Yesterdays event got me thinking about how I approach failure in everyday life. That failure isn’t the end of the road, infact it’s a opportunity to learn more so that next time I am even more likely to reach a goal.
.
So what are my tips for embracing this mindset?
.
➡️Remind yourself that failures are simply the building blocks to success
➡️ Know that its okay to have frustration around failure but to limit the time you dwell on this. Before moving on and re-tackling the task at hand.
➡️ Set a new PLAN. Figure out what went wrong and how to approach it more intelligently. Theres no change if you dont make any.
.
Let me know how have you overcome failure in the comments! 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼

  • Another way of looking at this doodle. Maybe this orientation provides more information about the reward that comes from and after the shame-eradicating waiting period: the freedom flag is waving upwards, suggesting lightness, a lifting away. And the “m e” part of the word “shame” is now prominent, centered at the top of the circle, its fade-out now more featured. In fact, this apex positioning of the dissolving “m e” made visible what I hadn’t noticed before: the presence of the word “me” in the word “shame,” that occurrence the exemplification of how shame can overtake one. Without numbers on the clock face, the clock can be spun counterclockwise, though even with numbers, the spinning backwards would be nicely disoriented. The disorientation in any angled position indicates an unsettling of the shame mechanism. But this newer arrangement highlights the ascent out of shame. Ciao, shame !
A thought about thought process: Video shows some shit that I created and then waded through to get to something better. Less is more. Why? Because the less something is explained in words, the more opportunity the image has to convey meaning. Huzzah! But all that shit was necessary work. And just the process. No judgement (despite calling it “shit”). And what’s more: I’m sure I’m still missing something! Whatever! #makemoremistakes

I found my Purpose when I decided to embark
on my Personal Growth journey over 5yrs ago...
Through trying new things, failing,
being rejected and making many mistakes,
I am the Sadiq you’re all getting to know today.

The one thing I’ve always done is TAKE ACTION.
When I say I’m going to do something, I will DO IT!
That’s how you will find your purpose.
Try new things and fail fast.
•
What truly makes you happy and excited?
What gives you fulfillment?
What do you love doing?
Find that and it will lead you to your purpose.
•
I found mine when Speaking on stage.
Sharing my Passion and Energy with everyone
in the crowd about something I really
believed in with all my heart.
I pray that you can look deep within
and find your Purpose soon ... ❤️🙏🏽

  • Be human. Make mistakes. .

Laugh about them and move on. .

We’re not perfect, so there is no need for your stories to be cookie cutter and go off without a hitch. .

Corey Rosen explains this concept perfectly on this episode of 20 Minutes with Bronwyn and gives us the perfect dose of reality and inspiration! .

Do you have a time when you’ve been presenting and have been thrown a curve ball or maybe skipped a line or two? .

We all have so know you’re not alone! .

Thank you Corey for this reminder! .

  • You don’t even know the number of failures I’ve made over the short time of 10 months that I’ve been doing this!! ⁣
⁣
From buying stock bulk 1 time and it not being all of what I thought it was going to be to something as simple as not making sure I had the pegs for the marquee when I had my pitch at Eden Festival.⁣
⁣
They happen all the time and being afraid of them is the worst thing you could do because you will never get away from them!!⁣
⁣
At the end of the day we don’t know everything or else we’d all be the best at what we do so to become the best we need to make the mistakes to then learn from them and become better versions of ourselves!!⁣
⁣
Make failures friendly - you’ll become your best version when you’ve made loads of them!!💯💯

The best decisions we ever make in

  • Sometimes when you look up to seemingly perfect people (on social media), and then when there’s a few people looking up to you... there’s a lot of pressure to be perfect too... I’ve always been one to make a lot of mistakes and definitely been imperfect. But I think that is why I’ve at least come this far because I do what I can with what I’ve got. I’m not going to wait to post something until it’s perfect because I may never be perfect... but what I have is perseverance and the unending desire to learn and grow. I’ve noticed that recently it’s been a little harder to put myself out there when I feel a lot of people are expecting a certain thing from me... but my goal in the coming months is to follow my own advice and make more mistakes (to learn from them) follow my own path and #failforward. #perseverance #makemoremistakes #gabbywallace
