  • Auntie Sheila gave little #LillieBird her first bath at home last night & she promptly filled her diaper as soon as she was clean... 😂🤦🏼‍♀️ Rotten girl was so relaxed she passed out after dinner without getting her burp in. 😴 #SqueakyCleanBaby #LillieBaby #LillieRoberta

  • Im so thankful for #lilliebaby for allowing me to carry my nee baby and my first born in the same carrier. Ella Girl just simply carrying her jamjam when he’s sleepy and fell and bumped his head. 💕💕

Baby wearing is life for me when I have littles! But let’s be honest, the child that enjoys the carrier the most is now 4 and 40 lbs, so optimal baby wearing is soooo important for me and her!

There’s just a few principles of baby wearing that really matter.
1. THIS. Baby’s legs shouldn’t dangle. Notice the great demonstration of the “M” shape.
2. I’ve yet to see a carrier that supports facing out. If it exists, cool! Show me. Most of them (even if they are designed for it) are uncomfortable for parents to wear for an extended amount of time due to weight distribution and baby’s legs dangle.
3. Babies should be worn high and close. Snuggles are nice, but this is more for caregiver ergonomics. THIS is the one that gets me the most. Most parents baby wear for all the right reasons but say it gets uncomfortable after a while. It just takes some small ‘adjustments’ (see what I did there?!?) and babies up to 35-40 pounds can be carried by the weakest cored mamas 🙋‍♀️ Seriously. Let us help. Baby wearing is my jam. #babywearing #lilliebaby #ergobaby #toddlers #baby #stpetemoms #stpetedads #familychiropractor #tampabay #atlaschiropracticstpete #pediatricchiropractor
