Btw I made the passion tea at home 😄 Cold brew was a refill 😉 #imcheap

I don’t add sweetener (stevia) to my drinks anymore. I used to have to fight through hunger pangs throughout the day and since eliminating it, I barely even feel hungry💃 If it doesn’t effect you and you’re happy with the results you’re seeing, then keep doing what you’re doing. If you’re stalling, you might want to lay off the sweetener for a week or two and see if you notice a change 😊

•Coffee w/ a splash of heavy cream
•Hot teas (camomile, green, lemongrass, chai
•Iced teas (Passion, black tea)

  • Parmesan Ranch Airfryer Chicken Wings 😋🍗 Just cook at 400° for 10-15 min on each side for a total of 20-30 min depending on size. Sprinkle with @hidden.valley Ranch seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese.

🥑Ingredients⁣:(Keto Cheese Sauce Recipe)⠀
1/4 Cup Butter⠀
1/4 Cup Cream Cheese⠀
1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream⠀
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese⠀
(Optional: Chopped up bacon)⠀

📃Directions⁣:⠀
1. Over med heat, melt the butter. Then add the cream cheese. Stir continuously until the cream cheese is melted. Slowly stir in the heavy cream continuing to stir continuously until the mixture comes to a boil.⠀
2. Add the cheddar cheese, then stir until the cheese is fully incorporated. Let simmer over low heat for 5- 10 minutes or until it’s reached your desired thickness.⠀
Note: Let simmer longer For a Thicker Sauce. The Sauce will thicken slightly as it cools. To thin the sauce stir in a little water.⠀

  • Baked Cheesecake vs No Bake Cheese? Which one do you prefer?

For me it’s got to be a baked cheesecake. That’s TODAY’S RECIPE! It’s just such a ridiculously good dessert.

This berry swirl cheesecake is actually my wife’s recipe and she’s an amazing baker. It’s really creamy and delicious with that lovely tang from the berries. And it looks pretty as well. Definitely a treat!

Instructions
- Throw the berries into a blender and puree as finely as possible. Pass it through a sieve to get rid of all the seeds, then put it in a sauce pan on a low flame. Add the sweetener, and allow the mixture to reduce until it’s a thick, jammy consistency. Put aside to cool.
- Preheat the oven to 175 C/350 F. Line an 8 inch cake tin with parchment paper and grease thoroughly with butter. In a bowl, add the almond flour, sweetener and salt and give it all a goooooood mix. Stir the melted butter into the flour and mix till it comes together like dough. Press the almond flour mix into the cake tin and level it using your fingers, or a spoon, or, anything, really. Bake the base for 10 minutes, then take it out and leave it to cool.
- Turn the oven down to 160 C/325 F. In the meantime, make the filling. It’s important to have all the filling ingredients at room temperature to minimise the chance of the cheesecake cracking later. Add the cream cheese and mascarpone to a bowl, along with the sweetener. Whisk it all together until it’s smooth and lump free. Be careful not to whisk it too much, or it will crack later. Add the lemon juice and whisk until just combined. Add the eggs one at a time, and again, whisk until it’s just incorporated. Add the vanilla, whisk, and taste test to make sure the sweetness is fine.
- Divide the cheesecake filling into two parts. Stir the berry puree into one part. Then, alternating the two, spoon one ladle of the vanilla mix, then one of the berry. Do this until you’ve used up both batters. Shake very lightly to level, then bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the sides a.

  • KETO PHILLY CHEESESTEAK STUFFED PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS🍖🍄
INGREDIENTS:
6 ounces thin sliced sirloin steaks
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
black pepper to taste
cooking spray
3/4 cup diced onion
3/4 cup diced green pepper
1/4 cup light sour cream
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
2 oz light cream cheese, softened
3 oz shredded mild provolone cheese (or cheese of your choice)
4 medium portobello mushrooms, with no cracks

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat the oven to 400F. Spray a baking sheet with oil.
Gently remove the stems, scoop out the gills and spray the tops of the mushrooms with oil, season with 1/8 tsp salt and fresh pepper.
Season steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat on high, let the pan get very hot then add the steak and cook on high heat about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
Transfer to a cutting board and slice thin, set aside.
Reduce the heat to medium-low, spray with more oil and saute onions and peppers 5 to 6 minutes, until soft.
Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Transfer to the mushroom caps, about 1/2 cup each.
Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and the mushrooms are tender, about 20 minutes.
