  • Consistency is key. We hear that all the time, right? It is because it is true. Top picture is just months ago and the bottom is from my final workout from my comp today. I no longer have depth issues and it is because I put in the work every day and work with an incredibly knowledgeable coach. You get what you put into something, so invest in yourself.

  • Hello everyone ✌😁 I worked until 2.40 am this morning and I am absolutely pooped. I feel pretty good mentally though, I'm proud of myself for speaking at the climate strike yesterday. That was way out of my comfort zone but I was so inspired by the students talking, I just had to say something 🌼

I'm going to spend my day catching up on my uni work. I have an essay on the two-visual-stream-hypothesis (Google if you want to know what it is) that's due in two days and I need to get my booty into gear and get it done! 🌼📚
