  • Quick ramen is the best ramen!! 1. Take two packs of what ever instant ramen you've got on hand and put about 3 cups of water in a pot.

2. Toss an egg in as soon as it starts to boil and set a timer for 4 minutes for the ultimate gooey egg.

3. Add in seasoning packages

4. Add in your extras! I had some red curry paste on hand and some green onion. 
5. Peel your egg, toss over your noodles, add any extras around. You're good to go!! I'll be sweating out red curry paste all day and I'm here for it let me tell you. Took me literally 10 mins and this is restaurant quality.

  • I never ate salads. Or vegetables really for that matter. 
I’m usually all #fucksalads 
Now, brownies I’ve had on lock for years 😜
.
But I’ve slowly incorporated or snuck in veggies these past few years. Wether I give in and have the damn salad or finely chop veggies and mix them into spaghetti or a stuffed potato.
With trying to get in 3-4 servings a day it’s a conscious effort that I have to work on because I love myself, but I also very much love non salad food! 🍕 🍔 🌮 🍰 🌮.... uhm......🌮 .
So, here I am grabbing lunch between trainings and this makes one salad a day since I’ve been here 😳 
I don’t feel obligated to. Haven’t even been around anyone eating one. (Everyone here is treating themselves!! 🙌🏻) I’m not mad about it.

Might even make it a more regular thing. 🤷‍♀️ #whothefuckami #adultthings

  • How I eat my salads: with bacon 😂
.
BLT Wrap:
↪2 slices uncured bacon
↪1 cup rabbit food (greens of choice)
↪1 Roma tomato
↪1 oz cream cheese, softened
↪1 tsp mayo
↪1 tsp mustard
↪1 whole wheat tortilla

Instructions:
▶Cook and crumble bacon
▶Chop greens and tomato
▶Combine cream cheese, mayo, and mustard. Add bacon, greens, and tomatoes. Mix well.
▶Heat up tortilla. Construct your wrap. And enjoy your non-salad, salad 😬😆😛

  • TODAY on “Chicken and Broccoli Doesn’t Have to be Boring”

I remember when I got started with My Transphormation, I had pretty much accepted that my fate would be salads upon salads and that all the tasty food would be gone from my nutrition 😭

That’s where the meal-prep plans from @getmacroed have been a game changer!!! I mean I don’t know bout you, but I can get behind having BBQ Jack Chicken and Lemon-Pepper Garlic Roasted Broccoli a few times a week 🤤

A whole meal plan based around foods that I enjoy eating has been one of the biggest reasons why I’ve been able to stay on track!!

Back when I got started on my Transphormation, I thought I was basically going to LIVE off of salads
.
Cause that’s what a “diet” is right?
.
Ya eat more veggies and a bunch of salads, you cut out all the yummy food you love, and BAM you lose weight!
.
Thankfully, I was taught very early on by @jeremy.d.mullins how to track Macros: Protein, Carbs, and Fats
.
I came to find out that I ACTUALLY WASN’T EATING NEARLY ENOUGH TO FUEL MY METABOLISM AND LOSE WEIGHT 🤯
.
That’s when he introduce me to @get Meal Plans
.
Not only did I learn how to eat to fuel my goals, but how to do so through DELICIOUS MEALS LIKE THIS ONE!
.
YUP! LOADED GUACAMOLE WAFFLE BURGERS CAN BE HEALTHY FOR YOU!

It just comes down to paying attention to using healthy ingredients and learning how to eat to fuel the fitness goal you’re chasing 🤙🏼
