Saying goodbye to abs for now. Trying to add some weight I’ve lost. 
1. You should still workout when bulking/adding weight (because when you decide to shred the muscles you’ve been a gaining that hide behind the fat will show 👀) 2. Try to also eat clean/healthy fats and 
3. Don’t overdo it (that’s with everything really)

4. Do your research, find what works for you (life is a process) 
Meal - Broccoli, Carrots, Baby Corn, Fish and Gravy **Did not have much carbs in this as I already had enough carbs on the day**

Zapiekanka z dynią, kopytkami i indykiem zajmie trochę czasu, wiec nie ma co zwlekać 🙂
1. Przypraw indyka i odstaw do lodówki.
2. Zrób kopytka (przepis znajdziesz w postach poniżej) 
3. Dopraw dynie solą, grubo mielonym pieprzem, papryką słodką wędzoną i chili w proszku. 
Podsmaż indyka (na rozgrzanej patelni obsmażamy z każdej strony). 🔥
Ściągnij indyka z patelni i na niej podsmaż dynie i drobno pokrojoną cebulę i pora. 
W garnku zagotuj śmietankę z przyprawami i serem. 
Ułóż w naczyniu żaroodpornym (od dołu) kopytka, dynię z cebulą i porem, indyka i zalej sosem.
Piecz w piekarniku rozgrzanym do 180 stopni przez 30 min. 
Gotowe 🙂

  • Last night's tea, cous cous (couple of the homemade chips), chicken and a bit of a side salad. I made my cous cous different yesterday and made enough for lunch today and it was really nice. Onion, peppers, mushrooms and spices. ➡️ DAY 3 of 7 done ✔️ I added an extra on in last night, the new one @lucywyndhamread had just posted, that was a sweaty one!!!! 💦 So glad I did it, by the time I had chance to I workout yesterday it was 8.45pm 😬 if you set your mind to it you will fit it in somewhere and the beauty of Lucy's workouts is there is such a range to pick from you can do as short or long as you have time for.

Carbs are delicious and, personally, I don’t discriminate. 🤣But, for one of my clients who struggled with trying to eat “perfectly”, like I used to, carbs made her anxious. 😬She felt like she could only allow herself to eat things that were “healthy” like sweet potatoes 🍠and Ezekiel bread. Now, I love those two as much as the next gal💁‍♀️, but when you tell yourself that’s ALL you can have your body is going to want to rebel and eat an entire loaf of white bread. 🍞Seriously, it’s happened to me! And it was happening to my client, too. She was frustrated that she was craving all of the “bad” carbs, she felt like something was wrong with her. 😤Why did she have ZERO willpower?

During her time in my 1:1 No Food Rules coaching program we redefined what healthy eating looks like. We actually scheduled in times for her to eat things like white bread and refined, buttery crackers😲. This allowed her to normalize these foods and remove the “bad” label causing her to crave them. Guess what? She found she didn’t even LIKE THEM! It was biology that was causing her to crave them, not a lack of willpower. When she realized this she was able to free herself from the constant thoughts of the carbs she “couldn’t” have and the guilt associated with them. If she wants to have a warm dinner roll when out on date night, she can- and WILL, but she no longer feels the pull to eat the entire basket. 🙌🏻THAT, my dears, is what it’s like to live the No Food Rules lifestyle!
