Per la crema:

Versate, in un pentolino: il latte e la scorza di limone. Fate riscaldare.

Nel frattempo lavorate lo zucchero con l’uovo e la farina. Diluite il composto con un pochino di latte caldo e create una miscela liquida, senza grumi. Quando è pronta, aggiungetela al resto del latte nel pentolino. Mescolate e fate cuocere, a fuoco basso, fino ad ottenere una crema soda e liscia.

Adesso preparate la base della TORTA DI MELE E CREMA:

Lavorate le uova con lo zucchero e la buccia di limone grattugiata.

Dopo unite il latte e l’olio.

Infine aggiungete la farina e il lievito. Mescolate fino ad ottenere un impasto liscio e cremoso.

Aggiungete una mela sbucciata, tagliata a cubetti piccoli. 
Versate l'impasto ottenuto in uno stampo da 24, mettete la crema a cucchiaiate e dopo decorate con l'altra mela tagliata a cubetti.
Cuocete in forno caldo a 180 per 1 ora ventilato, o a 170 statico, per 50. Fate raffreddare e servite.
