Da @anticamarmeriadimirko abbiamo trovato una fantastica cura dei particolari: menu per la signora senza prezzi, aperitivo di benvenuto, griglia a vista e grandi finestroni sul naviglio. 
Noi abbiamo assaggiato un sandwich di melanzana panata ripieno di bufala, pomodoro candito ed emulsione al basilico e costato di maialino iberico servito con cremoso al gin.

  • LEMON GARLIC BUTTER CHICKEN AND GREEN BEANS SKILLET

So addicting! This paleo, low carb, keto-friendly skillet chicken recipe is a snap to fix and cook.

Ingredients:
3 – 6 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
1 pound (450g) green beans, trimmed
3 tablespoons butter, divided or (ghee for paleo diet)
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and fresh cracked pepper
Juice of 1/2 lemon + lemon slices, for garnish
1/2 cup (125ml) chicken stock
1 tablespoon hot sauce (we used Sriracha)
Crushed red chili pepper flakes, optional
1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley

Instructions:
In a small bowl, combine onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Season chicken thighs generously with the spice mixture. Set aside while you prepare green beans. Arrange green beans in a microwave-safe dish with 1/2 cup water. Cook in the microwave until almost done but still crisp. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Lay the seasoned chicken thighs in one layer in the skillet. Cook for 5-6 minutes then flip and cook until cooked through. Transfer chicken to a plate and set aside. In the same skillet, lower the heat and melt the remaining tablespoon butter. Add chopped parsley, garlic, red crushed chili pepper flakes, and pre-cooked green beans and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring regularly, until cooked to your liking. Add lemon juice and chicken stock and reduce the sauce for a couple of minutes, until slightly thickened. Add cooked chicken thighs back to the pan and reheat quickly. Adjust seasoning with pepper and serve the lemon garlic butter chicken thighs immediately, garnished with more crushed chili pepper, fresh parsley, and a slice of lemon if you like. Enjoy!

Moussaka is the ultimate Greek comfort food, but this healthy version means you can enjoy it guilt-free!⠀

INGREDIENTS⠀
500g Minced Beef⠀
120g sliced button mushrooms⠀
400g Maris Pipers, sliced thinly, lengthwise⠀
1tbsp cinnamon powder⠀
2tsp allspice powder⠀
1 tin chopped tomatoes⠀
1 medium white onion⠀
1 clove of garlic⠀
1tbsp tomato purée⠀
2tbsp olive oil⠀
Salt and pepper to season⠀
For the bechamel:⠀
50g butter⠀
50g flour⠀
400ml skimmed milk⠀
1 bay leaf⠀
A grate of nutmeg⠀
Salt and pepper⠀
⠀
Blanch the potato slices in boiling water for two minutes and drain. Heat the oven to 200c. Heat the olive oil in a large pan and gently sauté the onions, mushrooms and garlic until soft. Add the beef and brown, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add the tinned tomatoes, cinnamon, allspice and tomato purée and simmer for ten minutes.⠀
Make the bechamel by melting the butter in a pan on a medium heat and whisking in the flour. Slowly add the milk, whisking all the time. Season well, add the bay leaf and nutmeg and cook for a couple of minutes until thickening.⠀
Layer the bottom of a 25x16cm lasagne dish with some of the sliced potatoes and add some of the beef mix. Spoon over some bechamel and top with another layer of potatoes. Repeat and finish with the bechamel sauce and some freshly ground black pepper. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes, until golden and serve with garlic green beans or salad.⠀
