For me, I found that person in a sleepy little town in Bavaria, in a little cafe with her auburn hair and shiny big eyes. To think that was 8 years ago astounds me, and to think since then were have lived a million miles apart leaves me in awe of the connection we have despite distance and time. 🌸
My best friend is fiercly loyal, softened by her own heart ache, creative, driven, understanding, loving and so undeniably beautiful. I've never felt like I had to hold anything back or that I had to worry as to what her response would be. She has seen me at my worst, She has seen my broken bits and loved me still. She has cheered me and backed me 100%, celebrating my wins and successes like they were her own.

I cannot fathom a world without her, and I know for certain that I wouldn't like my life so much if she was not in it. I'd always feel like there was something missing. But lucky for me, the universe decided we needed each other. 🌸

Can I be empty to move in truth and not in what I prefer?
Apparently I can but sometimes I don’t want to.

I did spend nearly four months at a tiny house in a Mangofarm on the foothill of sacred mountain Arunachala, India.
Doing nothing, painting butterflies, driving around with a bike, quite Zen and retreat style like. 
Mostly and all about self discovery, self remembrance and celebration of life.

I did love, I did hurt people, I did hurt my self, I suffered, I understood, I became free, I became imprisoned, I hated, I isolated, I got stuck, I trusted, I loved nature, I made banana chocolate ice cream, I responded, I learned, I evolved, I got put down from all travel highs to a ground that felt not comfortable, I was at peace, I lost nearly all authority, I surrendered, I enjoyed, I cried and danced and sang and did catharsis and lived with no contact glasses and learned to drive Enfield and communed with most gorgeous people... Right now I know... Thank you life and all.
Suffer is not the way. Hurting is not the way. Separation is not the way. Yeah it’s obvious but apparently it’s not.
Nobody can press a decision upon anyone, it’s wrong.
I have intuition. Not following it sucks.
Not following it brought deepest insight.

The truth is very simple.

  • They said now I can wear size 36 oo lmao so I’ll try one of these days. All my life I’ve always loved jeans that can stretch 😭😭. Stretch and accommodate all my thighs and hips because I can’t comman keee myself. One time I bought the hard material kind of jeans I couldn’t even zip it at a point so my plan was to buy the one that “lastic” is in the waist😂🤣. That one no one should stress me. From “biggie we have 4xl here for you oo s3 size 46” to “chairman nice khaki for you size 36 in stock” 😭😭. I kept my size 46 jeans around somewhere I’ll find it and show you guys I’m sure I can use it as curtains now 😭😭😭😭. God has helped me oo because Lord knows I’m tired guys, I’m tired of it all. Mabr3!   • Винаги съм изпитвала удоволствие от тренировките! ❤️ Независимо дали съм имала тежък ден и съм изморена, чудейки се дали да отида днес, а да не седна на дивана и да си почина. Всъщност обаче, сядането на дивана никога не е бил моят метод за почивка, а точно обратното, тренировките са това, което ме зарежда с енергия. Обичам да казвам, че това е един от моите методи за медитация, стъпвайки в залата или на място на открито всички проблеми и умора изчезват, мисълта е само и единствено в начина на изпълнение на дадено упражнение, колко време почивам, далеч от всяка “тревожна” мисъл. А удовлетворението в ден, в който съм се замисляла дали да отида винаги е двойно по-голямо.

⚡️ Всеки има силни и слаби дни, но как преминаваме през тях зависи само и единствено от самодисциплината и осъзнатостта, която създаваме ежедневно чрез малките избори, които правим! 🙃
.
Не е нужно тренировките да са вашият метод за почивка, но със сигурност дивана не е опция (освен след #legday 😫😆) . Тогава ставаме мудни и още по-изморени, затормозени с битовизъм.

Забавлявайте се и се радвайте на живота, има хора, които мечтаят да са на ваше място! 😉

前回、クイーンのデビューアルバムを投稿した際、、、「最初はベイシティローラーズやエンジェルと並んでアイドルグループ扱いされたクイーンの黒歴史、、」と言う表現をしたところ、昔からのコアなベイシティローラーズファンの方に不快感を与えてお叱りを受けました。決してベイシティローラーズを馬鹿にしたつもりはありませんが、申し訳ありませんでした🙇‍♂️。おっしゃる通り、女の子にキャーキャー言われたからと言って音楽性に疑問があるわけではありませんし、レベルが低いと言うわけでは決してありません。ビートルズがまさにそう、、、キャーキャーどころかたくさんの女の子が失神しましたが、多くの名曲を世に出したポールマッカートニーはポップス史上最高のメロディメーカーだと私は思っています。
どんな音楽でも誰にもそれを批判する権利なんてありません。今後も自分の好きな古い洋楽ポップスを少しでも幅広く聴き続けていきたく思います。ローラーズもちゃんと聴きます。(⬅️.わざとらしくて、またお叱り受けるかな🤣😆🤣)
ところで#レスリーマッコーエン はまだローラーズの名前を使って活動しているとか、来日コンサートがあったとか耳にしましたがほんとかな、、、🙄🎸

I truly don’t think you’ll be able to find someone that dislikes the cold weather and the Canadian winter months as much as I do 🥴. Despite this fact, I still manage to make it to the gym at least 4x a week because #dedication.
Today I’ve got some tips to help you beat those #winterblues & to stay on track w/ working out consistently ✊🏾
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💡 If you workout in the morning:
Peeling yourself from your warm and cozy bed in the early hours is no easy task. 
A tip is to keep a comfy robe 👘 + fuzzy socks 🧦 in arms reach so you can go right from comfort to comfort. You can also toss your gym clothes into the dryer for a few mins before putting them on!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💡 If you workout later in the day:
Pack your gym bag the night before and bring it along with you so you can easily hit the gym before heading home.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💡 Think about how you’ll feel when you’re done:
This one does the trick for me! I just imagine how goooood those postworkout endorphins are going to feel and how much better of a feeling that is, as opposed to the regret i’d likely get from not going👌🏾.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💡 Invest in some stylish gym clothes 👟:
Seriously when you look good, you feel good, you play (or in this case, workout) good. In psychology, this is referred to as enclothed cognition in which your clothing has an effect on your emotions and how you feel.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💡 Create some specific and measurable goals & track your progress:
Try creating strength specific goals such as increasing your PR in the Hipthrust/ Glutebridge 🦵🏾Squat or Bench press 💪🏾. Goals such as these will hold you more accountable.

💡 Try mixing it up: 
If you are into yoga 🧘🏾‍♀️ or spin 🚲 or into group fitness, try substituting a class for a weight lifting session to add some variety to the mix!

Training shouldn’t be a punishment for a bad diet, it’s so much more than that! Figure out what you’re training for - a specific goal, an event, to feel good?! This will keep you motivated and once you start to see training as a positive thing then you will start to enjoy it so much more💪🏼🙌🏼

For me, training is one of the only things that helps me manage my long term health issues by helping with pain management and taking my mind off it! Equally, pizza also helps 👀🍕

  • Not every workout is going to be good, but remaining consistent is what gets you to make progress. Don’t beat yourself up if you’ve had a bad training session or got off track. Just don’t give up and try again tomorrow 💛
