✨I had such an amazing week in #China this week, making what I hope 🤞 were the very last tweaks to my baby product @dumforter_by_johanneholman to take it to production BUT my word it feels good to be home... what a beautiful start to the day! X

  • Reposted from mastrength -  During the extension and catch for the #snatch and #cleanandjerk, it is important to use the upper body to continue accelerating the bar and guiding it into place overhead. Specifically, the athlete must use the traps, deltoids, and arm flexors together to produce vertical force. Sometimes beginners will only shrug with traps while others tend to pull mainly with their arms, and others will just pull with their lower back instead lifting and stabilizing with their traps. In order to train upper coordination and strength for #weightlifting, athletes will incorporate dynamic upright rows as demonstrated by #luxiaojun.

To do this movement, you should start at the power position, then use the legs and glutes to initiate the extension, and then bring the heels down actively, continuing into a quarter #squat. As you extend, you should keep the torso close to the bar and pull with the traps, deltoids, and arms so that the elbows are pointing as vertical as possible. As your feet come down, you should continue pulling vertically with only enough torso lean to land in a comfortable quarter squat. The rhythm should be such that the squat and pull finish at the same time. So try this out as part of your #bodybuilding training and stick to higher reps with lighter weights.

If you still find this movement difficult or have trouble executing it during your #powersnatch or full snatch, then you might have something off in your start position, #deadlift, or #highpull. 동기들 덕분에 적응 해나가는 중이다.
일주일에 세번은 훠궈먹는 것 같다ㅋㅋㅋ너무 중국음식 잘맞는듯 살찔것같아서 일요일에 헬스왔다.
중국 헬스장은 정찰가가 아니라서 흥정이 가능하다. 그것도 모르고 엄청 비싸게 줄뻔했다. 한달 3만원에 요가나 댄스 프로그램을 포함한 모든 시설을 이용할수있다. 짱좋다❤️ 근데 피곤해서 몇 번 못옴

중국어 학원을 다니기 시작했다. 하반기엔 대학 어학당을 등록해 볼까 한다. 외쿡칭구들 많이 사귀고싶다🙂 중국어 재밌다 근데 피곤하긴하다.

학교는 4시까지 아이들 데리고 수업하자니 목이 다나갔다. 여름방학만은 한국보다 일찍 시작하는걸 위안삼는중

주말마다 꾸준히 놀러다닌다❤️ 자전거 쉽게 빌려타는거, QR코드로 뭐든 가능한것, 쓰레기 막버려도 되는것 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 물과 공기만 개선되면 너무좋겠다... 참 재밌는것도 신기한것도 많다 중국은

방과후 프로그램으로 영어뮤지컬반 운영을 시작했다. 이 학교에서는 처음개설된 부서라고 한다. 지원을 많이해주었는데 재밌게 잘 운영되었으면 좋겠다🥰
