  • Comme le fitness m’avait troooop manquéééé!!! J’avais oublié quel bien ça fait de ne pas se sentir ramollie ! Du coup, j’ajoute quelques exercices à mon #sbt , (normalement aujourd’hui c’est #cardio, mais j’ai décalé les séances à cause du lundi férié), j’ai fait un peu plus de travail sur l’intérieur des cuisses et les abdos. Ça brûle, ça fait mal, mais c’est trop bon! Si je n’avais pas mes filles, je referais quelques exercices, mais elles ont du mal à rester calme pendant mes séances de sport, alors je ne peux pas m’éterniser. 😅
En plus de ça, mon corps a retrouvé la mémoire de toutes ces heures d’entraînements, même si je n’ai rien fait pendant un an, j’ai retrouvé mes automatismes rapidement et mon corps a retrouvé sa force encore plus vite! Je suis fière de moi 💪.
Maintenant , petite douche car je le vaux bien! 😁
