Ik heb ongelofelijk veel reacties gehad vol liefde, bezorgdheid of herkenning op mijn stories van afgelopen week en ik dacht laat ik er maar even een post van maken waarin ik het een en ander toelicht 🙈

Ja ik overeet soms. En nee ik schaam me daar eigenlijk niet voor. Ik geniet van het “extra” eten, ik deel het met vrienden (en jullie), ik compenseer het niet met cardio en ik honger mezelf de dagen rondom niet uit.
.
Sommige dagen heb ik gewoon veel meer honger en trek dan andere dagen. En ik probeer het zoveel mogelijk op te vullen met groente, fruit, havermout en andere verstandige keuzes. Maar soms heb ik gewoon moeilijk veel zin in chocolade, pepernoten of het beste van beide: chocolade pepernoten en ja dan sneuvelt er weleens een reep of zak.

Vaak ga ik erna even wandelen om een frisse neus te halen en het eten te laten zakken want ik heb al jaren wat last van maagzuur (ook als ik geen zak pepernoten heb laten verdwijnen). Het is dus niet ter compensatie.
.
De dag ervoor of erna ga ik mezelf ook niet uithongeren of cardioen want dat zorgt bij mij juist weer voor cravings. Maar meestal heb ik de ochtend daarna ook gewoon wat minder zin in een mega ontbijt met pindakaas en chocolade en eet ik liever een wat lichter ontbijt. Ik ga mezelf niet uithongeren maar ook niet force feeden en probeer juist naar de signalen van mijn lijf te luisteren.

Ik kom steeds meer in balans qua voeding, eet voornamelijk veel low cal high volume voedsel, af en toe een chocolaatje/eiwitreep/chipje en soms een hele zak inderdaad.
.
Waarom ik het afgelopen week deelde? Omdat ik niet alleen m’n kilo’s groente en fruit op de foto wil zetten en wil doen alsof ik perfect ben en alles altijd volgens plan verloopt. Die balans zoeken gaat met vallen en opstaan, plannen maken en bijstellen, trial and error. That’s life!

  • (i'm not hating on anyone! ) wth is going on, @laauren.elizabethh used to call @kiocyr "loml" now she's calling him "player" and y'all are making fun of @kiocyr bcs he said the "N word" even tho he didn't, everyone is hating on  @charlidamelio bcs she's " stealing" someone's dances without giving credits ( ugh it's just a dance!) plus @lilhuddy unfollowed his best friends (@joshrichards @jadenhossler..) bcs he was talking with @nessaabarrett and nessa told josh! Plus ppl are making fun of @lilhuddy bcs " he's skinny" so what?!! and @daniellecohn got played by her boyfriend " ex" and he broke her heart. idk actually about zoe abd cody "So now everyone is hating on them". WELL THEY'RE ALL TEENAGERS AND THEY DON'T DESERVE ALL THAT HATE!! u can't just sit on ur ass all day making them feel bad about themselves, they also have feelings and they deserve to be happy!

Sinon aujourd’hui j’ai repris un peu la course.. je dis bien « un peu » car j’ai seulement fait 4km en 30min! 😝
Dur dur la reprise!

Avec ce temps magnifique et quasi deux mois après avoir accouchée je me devais de rechausser mes baskets! Une fois la rééduc’ terminée ce sera le retour à la salle! J’ai tellement hâte!!! Excellent week-end à tous ✨

Много често получавам въпроси от вас какви точно тренировки правя и дали правя кардио. Някои хора смятат, че бягането е най-ефективният начин за отслабване! Обаче, ще трябва да ви разстроя - това не е така! Бягането разбира се е добра активност, но има и недостатъци, като стрес върху ставите 👎

Всъщност най-ефективното изгаряне на мазнини е ходенето, поради което е много важно да сте активни и да ходите много през целия ден. Вярно е, че ходенето самостоятелно изгаря малко количество калории и има смисъл да добавите друга активност или кардио тренировка 🏋️‍♂️

Тогава  идва на помощ L-карнитинът! Започваме тренировка и тялото се нуждае от енергия, за да поработи здраво. За да направи това, организма разгражда мастните запаси (например, кълцане на дървета) до мастни киселини (т.е. дърва за огрев) и моли L-карнитин да ги достави в митохондриите, където те се окисляват и превръщат в АТФ (поставят дървата за огрев в печката, те изгарят и топлината, от която се нуждаем, се генерира). Лично аз пия L-карнитин от @prozis! Ако и Вие искате да го опитате, за отстъпка може да исползвате код VIKI10! 😍

❗️ И не забравяйте, БЕЗ упражнения и дефицит на калории, тялото няма да има нужда да използва мастните запаси. Тогава L-карнитинът ще остане без работа. Затова продължаваме да работиме яко! @pulsefitnessspa

  • Did you drink your water today?

I quit drinking sodas and juices awhile ago! Excluding the cup of coffee that I sometimes have, all I drink is water! There are a lot of changes that I realized when I decided to cut out all of those sugary beverages, such as:
•flatter stomach (not as much bloating)
•clear face (reduced my acne)
•VERY hydrated (definitely most important)

Obviously there are more benefits to it, but these are the ones that want to highlight. We don’t realize how cutting out little things can make a BIG difference. So just your daily reminder, DRINK MORE WATER🤪💧❤️
