  • How many times have you heard, if you’re bad with money then making more won’t help? I’ve never had this point proven to me more than last week at work. I was talking to my unit secretary. She makes considerably less than I do, but she has no debt, owns a home, has college accounts fully funded for 3 children and multiple savings and investments. Meanwhile, I’m over here making a great salary and still struggling on BabyStep2. This plan is about discipline and changing your habits. Here's the deal, there are ✌️ strength days, and ✌️high repetition days. ⁣
⁣
The purpose of this program is to build muscle 💪 and shed fat 😅 with LESS time in the gym time spent and MORE time with your family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 All of the workouts can be done in 45 minutes or less ⌚⁣
⁣
And, all workouts are scalable to your skill and experience level so that you have the best workout possible! ⁣

Here's an example of a upper body high repetition day focusing on shoulders and back: ⁣
• 5 Rounds FOR TIME⁣
- 15 Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls⁣
- 10 Strict Press (same weight as SDHP)⁣
- 40 Double Unders⁣
⁣
The weight on the bar should be determined by what you can do for 10 reps on the strict press. ⁣
⁣
It should be a grind though to squeeze those last couple of reps out 🥵! ⁣
⁣
No barbell? 2 Dumbbells are a great substitute😉. ⁣
⁣
If you can't do double unders do single unders at 1.5x the amount of the DUs. ⁣
⁣
Try to maintain a hard pace, but on one can maintain and can speak in short sentences. ⁣
⁣
