  • I’m getting ready for the holiday season, and in our line of business (flowers & gifts) that means I’m in for a verrrrryyyy busy next few weeks of work. 
You know what will be my light at the end of the tunnel?? A vacay in a tropical Spanish-speaking place, with waterfalls and adventure and cultural exchange. Amen. 💚

While I literally had the best time of my life this weekend I am missing my handsome man extra. Can’t wait to get home to him and our big red dog and cuddle the hell out of them both. Baby, i am coming home ✈️ .

Another note.... I legit had one of the best leg days I have had in the longest time yesterday. Butttt boyy am I fucking feeling it today. Death to my legs. I even have to do that awkward hold onto something to sit down position. 😂 I definitely need to take this intensity home with me and continue to train hard even without my amazing @teammihaly hype squad. My legs are not thanking you but I am. Love you all and until next time 👋🏼 .

  • 1 month Transformation and update

Going into my second month of prep and am officially 8 weeks out from my first bikini competition. Time to turn this up a notch and really bring the heat 🔥 .

My workout program has been the same for the past 4 months! So yes I have been doing the SAME EXACT exercises week after week. Nothing fancy, all basic stable exercises and continuously focusing on progressively increasing my weights. Some weeks I can only increase by 2-5lbs others I increases by more each time around. The weeks I can’t increase weight at all I will increase my reps! But I am consistently increasing my strength. .

Big factor for the past month was my diet. Coach @hannahbeefit has only dropped my macros slightly twice so far. Im still sitting above 200grams of Carbs a day!!!! Im still eating good 😝 BEST PART is I have had little to NO CARDIO! You heard that right. Im eating tons of carbs and doing no cardio and seeing great change so far. This week I will add in 30 mins of moderate intensity but only 3 times! Not everyday. Please remember the more cardio you do the more your body will need in order to show reaction.

Also the scale shows the EXACT SAME number! No drop in weight. Still sitting at about 135-138lbs. While it is awesome to see the scale number go down it really doesnt mean shiiit 😝 .
