  • The LEO in me always wants to be the winner and the best at every thing 😂. .
This weekend we had a blast celebrating 12 years together with good food, massages and axe throwing. .
Friendly competition with your spouse is always fun but when I’m better at something I’m going to let you know 😂 I seriously enjoyed axe throwing and was surprisingly good at it. If you havnt done this before put it in your must to do list and go and enjoy yourself. Swipe right to see my skills ☺️

  • It’s been a while since I trained at @goldsgym Venice so of course I had to get a pic by the infamous blue wall. I’ve slowly but surely been getting my fitness routine back to a more regular schedule (I slacked off a lot over the past year) and I am loving it. I definitely notice my anxiety increases when I don’t regularly let out all the energy that builds up. The gym is the perfect place for that. Sometimes when my anxiety and depression gets bad it can get in the way of me getting to the gym but the more I force myself to show up, the better I feel and easier it is to want to go! Even if it’s 30 minutes, get up and get moving. I promise you’ll feel better after 🤗
