  • After two weeks of traveling and restaurant meals, I was feeling really #fat. My body was missing my usual routine and I felt it all over. I always keep it #keto when traveling, but my #macros are never really where I want them. My protein is usually too high (though never high enough to be kicked out of #ketosis) and I never get enough #avocado ! 😂  The one thing I really try to do while traveling is stay #hydrated and keep up with my #electrolytes. That helps me feel a little  better when the rest of my routine might be off. Anyway, back to the whole point of my post - it is SOOOO important to take “before” pictures. I hated the camera, too, so I know it’s hard. However, when you’re feeling like you’re not making any progress, the photos help. Down #110lbs and counting. #lifeisgood #ketotransformation #weightlosstransformation #ketodiet #ketoaf #ketoweightloss

Hadde ikke kjørt flat på 5 måneder før jeg og @iibra.m hadde en diskusjon i Februar om at det hadde vært kult om jeg klarte å ta 50 innen Mars😅 Har ikke fokusert noe særlig på det, men all den tunge treningen har gitt meg styrke i hver eneste øvelse og jeg er kun på uke 5✅ Den første av mange styrkevideor, STAY TUNED ———————————————————————— #power #dumbbells #dumbbellsflatbenchpress #Personalbest #50kg #110lbs #Nr1fitnessBø
