  • Sleeping is a strength of mine. When I was a baby I slept 12 hours a night and took a 3 hour nap every day. Accidentally slept until 11:45 this morning WOOPS but then I made this yogurt bowl and headed to a coffee shop to get some work done before I go to a yoga class tonight!

Don’t have much to say because there’s a lot going on in my real life in terms of school, work, and getting ready for fnce next weekend!

    Sleeping is a strength of mine. When I was a baby I slept 12 hours a night and took a 3 hour nap every day. Accidentally slept until 11:45 this morning WOOPS but then I made this yogurt bowl and headed to a coffee shop to get some work done before I go to a yoga class tonight!

    Don’t have much to say because there’s a lot going on in my real life in terms of school, work, and getting ready for fnce next weekend!

I’m way too busy to leave my meals unplanned. You know what happens when you don’t plan ahead: 👉 You eat out more. 👉 You’re more likely to choose unhealthy options. 👉 You may skip meals which also isn’t good for you. 👉You may not reach your goals. 👉 You may get annoyed with your family (or is this just me?). So instead, spend about 2 hours a week planning a menu, shopping for the groceries and spending time slicing veggies and cooking some protein. 
I promise it will make your life so muncher easier!! And your health goals won’t seem too far out of reach.

  • 🍲WORK LUNCH 🥗 
Tried out this @bolfoods at work for my lunch and I was well impressed. I wasn’t expecting much as I’m not usually a lovely of ready meals/convenience food but I couldn’t believe how fresh this tasted!

Perfect balance of coconut with a good hint of spice. I really enjoyed the rice mix and found the veg to be so fresh. I’d definitely pick one of these up again!

  • Está à procura de uma receita prática e nutritiva? A Salada fria de Outono é uma boa opção:

Ingredientes
 250g de massa espiral tricolor biológica
1 Cebola grande
2 Cenouras médias
10g de gengibre
1 Dente de alho
100ml de azeite
2 Colheres de sopa de bagas goji
200g de salsicha vegetariana fumada
10 Tomates cherry
50g de agrião
Sumo de ½ limão
Mistura de Flores e Especiarias Bio

Preparação  Cozer a massa em água com sal e azeite. Após cozedura, escorrer a massa e passar por água fria. Temperar com azeite e com a mistura de flores e especiarias. Reservar.  Cortar a cebola em rodelas grosseiras e refogar em azeite e gengibre. Ralar a cenoura e juntar à cebola. Deixar refogar em pouco mais. Adicionar a mistura Sonnentor e sal a gosto. Retirar da frigideira e adicionar as bagas de goji para irem amolecendo. Reservar.  Cortar as salsichas às rodelas e saltear em azeite. Desligar o fogo e juntar um dente de alho ralado. Misturar todos os preparados à massa, juntar o sumo de ½ limão e corrigir o tempero com sal e mistura Sonnentor a gosto.  Deixar arrefecer. Adicionar os tomates cherry cortados ao meio e os agriões. Misturar tudo e servir.
