  • Very few things make me happier than a good meal!!!! 🙌🏼 Just look at the size of that lobster!!! My oh my!!! Had the best time celebrating my best friends’ engagement last night at @insigniasteakhouse 😋 From the lobster, to the best sushi everrrrr,  to the truffle mac and cheese to an awesome wine AND bacon presentation, yes a bacon presentation, which was something I didn’t think I needed in my life until last night 😍 And we also got this MASSIVE sundae which @megannhorann and I were VERY excited about, as you could tell from my story 😂😂😂 Man, what a great dinner! Also, Insignia has this cool deal going on when you get a 40 oz Tomahawk Wagyu, you get half off a large bottle of wine 😏👌🏼 Megan and I certainly enjoyed that bottle of wine 🍷🙌🏼😏 #EatWithNoelle and I might as well start #DrinkWithNoelle 😆

  • Mango coconut tart by @nm_meiyee ♥️ Recipe makes a 12”x 8” tart
Crust 
2 1/2 cups gluten free oat flour 
1 cup almond meal 
1/3 cup coconut oil 
3-4 tbsp maple syrup 
1/2 tsp vanilla bean extract .
.
Coconut filling 
1 can coconut milk 
1 can, 360ml evaporated coconut milk
1/4 cup Pure maple syrup, or adjust to taste 
2 tbsp cornstarch 
1 tsp agar agar powder .
Topping 
3 large fresh mangoes & red currants .
.
Preheat oven to 180C/360F. Grease a tart tin with coconut oil. Set aside. 
In a food processor, add crust ingredients 
and pulse to combined. You should get a moist mixture than can be easily moulded. Firmly press into bottom and up the sides of tart tin. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crust is golden brown. Transfer to a wire rack and let it cool. .
Pour the coconut cream, evaporated milk, into a sauce pan. Place pan on the stove on low heat. When the mixture becomes warm, add the cornstarch and agar-agar. Stirring constantly, cook until agar completely dissolve. Then mix in maple syrup. Allow to boil for approximately 60 seconds. Pour mixture into cooled tart and refrigerate at least 4 hours to set. Garnish tart with mangoes and desired fruits. #bestofvegan

2 colheres (sopa) de maisena
3 latas de leite (use a lata de creme de leite vazia para medir)
2 latas de creme de leite (600g)
1 copo de requeijão cremoso (200g)
1 xícara (chá) de queijo mussarela ralado
1 xícara (chá) de brócolis em buquês picado
200g de presunto em cubos
Sal, pimenta-do-reino e noz-moscada ralada a gosto
1 pacote de macarrão tipo parafuso (500g)
Queijo parmesão ralado para polvilhar
2 colheres (sopa) de farinha de rosca para polvilhar

Modo de preparo
Dissolva a maisena no leite e adicione o creme de leite, o requeijão, a mussarela, o brócolis, o presunto, sal, pimenta e noz-moscada. Acrescente o macarrão e misture. Despeje em um refratário médio e cubra com papel-alumínio. Leve ao forno médio, preaquecido, por 30 minutos. Retire o papel-alumínio e polvilhe com parmesão e a farinha de rosca. Asse por mais 15 minutos ou até dourar. Deixe descansar por 10 minutos antes de servir.
