    This week, I re-committed (for like the millionth time) to eat healthier and back into the gym. Consistently. Until I lose this weight. That means not only back to #mealprep but actually EATING the meals I’ve prepped.

The one thing that has killed me during meal prep is that I make the same thing and it’s B O R I N G. So this week, I made it boring on purpose, leaving myself calories to use to ass seasoning to jazz up my plain ole meal.

Yesterday I used my chicken, rice, and broccoli to make a red curry concoction. Today I added stir fry sauce and soy sauce and have a little chicken “stir fry” today. It’s varied enough where I don’t feel like I’m eating the same thing (the only same thing I like is my egg & cheese on toast and a banana 🙃). And, since I work from home, it was quick and easy to heat this up on the stove. If you work in a traditional setting, decide that morning or the night before and add in the spices you want then heat it up in the microwave during lunch.

Jeg forsøgte mig med et pr-forsøg á 115kg efter at have været lettere led ved mine ben idag. 
Nogle vil mene, at jeg skulle have haft den, det skulle jeg måske også, jeg er bare glad for at se, at jeg har gjort fremskridt med min mobilitet! 
Så fremfor, at jeg er pisse sur og irriteret over, at jeg ikke fik den idag, så har jeg fået meget ud af det og glæder mig til at den sidder der, måske næste gang 🤗

Often times we think about all of the work we have to do inside the gym, when actually it’s outside of the gym that ultimately matters more in your weight loss journey! If you do three 60-minute workouts each week, that is only three hours out of 168 total hours in your week. So, let’s talk about some ways you can maximize your non-exercise activity thermogenesis.

Non-exercise activity thermogenesis or NEAT makes up a vast majority of our time each day. Some easy ways to maximize NEAT include taking the stairs over the escalator or elevator, parking in the farthest stall at the grocery store, cooking, cleaning, playing with your kids, chewing gum, standing, or even fidgeting—that all plays a role in the total amount of calories you burn each day. These activities may seem trivial but the old saying “every little bit counts” is true!
🏃‍♀️
NEAT can come in handy for everyone, but especially for those looking to lose weight. It takes 3,500 calories worth of energy expenditure to lose 1 lb of body fat. Increasing your daily caloric expenditure by 200 calories through NEAT while also being mindful of healthier nutrition choices to reduce an additional 300 calories (i.e. bag of potato chips, sodas, mochas) can make a 500 calorie dent! Do that for a week and poof, you’ve burned/breathed out that pound of fat (yes that’s where fat goes 😉💪🏻).

Check ur thought .. attitude & heart, start w/ positive energy & Vibe so HIGH so 👉🏻Loser toxic Negative people will lead them selves out of ur life by themselves & disappear, coz they don’t see or know no more how 2approach u😉!! Always wake Up feeling blessed 😇& always b thankful 4every chance we r given & never take it 4granted 😊.. So try 2keep in mind Positive attract Good things ..
