Deadlifts used to be an impossible movement for me due to my injuries. After dealing with the loss of a leg and a broken back this was just the most painful lift to accomplish. I started out small and worked my way up until it no longer was an issue. ————————————————————————
My advice is find an area you are weak at and go after it, start small and gradually build on that.
