    This time of year - in between school and camp can be difficult for many people. The kids are all on different schedules, coming and going while you still have your regular routine that needs your attention.

The one common denominator is that the kids are still hungry! My three oldest kids finished their finals and are home and my younger two have their last day of school tomorrow. Instead of my meal prep salads I’ve been making these large salads for lunch. They are working perfectly because the kids can take a portion at the time that works for them.

Greek Salad
3 heads romaine lettuce, chopped
4-5 plum tomatoes, diced
6 Persian cucumbers, diced
1 8 oz jar of olives, I used manzanilla 
1 bunch of scallions, diced
8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled

Dressing 
Large splash of olive oil
Large splash of apple cider vinegar

Note: The feta cheese is so flavorful I don’t add much to the dressing. Keeping it simple and easy just works!

Journée chargée aujourd’hui.
Je l’ai commencé en retard donc tout a été décalé du coup. Vous connaissez ça aussi ? 🤣

Niveau repas j’ai pas assuré car j’ai pas mangé au déjeuner et du coup j’ai super faim. Je goûte jamais d’habitude mais la j’ai goûté avec ma fille tellement j’en pouvais plus :
- Une banane 🍌
- Un verre de lait 🥛
- Une tranche de pain 🍞

Et ce soir burger maison 🍔 et salade verte 🥗 !!!! Séance de sport au parc :
- 30 montées genoux
- 30 jumping jack - 20” gainage coude - 20 sec gainage main
- 2x 1’ gainage - 5min course/5min marche
- 5x : 20” sprint/ 10” recup
Et comme j’étais au parc, je me suis rajoutée 10 aller-retour d’escalier (en photos) 😅
Autant profiter de ce qu’on a sous la main pour varier la souffrance 😏

I’ve started easing back into working out since I’ve had the energy to and it feels so good. I went for a short jog this morning while listening to Tony Robins: Feeling lost? How to find yourself and it was very eye opening to why a lot of people are unhappy with their lives. I highly recommend  listening to it 👂🏻

Per previous post, I made note there are many essential oils that can be used in a diffuser for various benefits & greater effects! These include the use of the following:
* Peppermint essential oil
* Lemongrass essential oil
* Lavender essential oil
