    Pre-Training Nutrition 
As of late I’ve kept my food pretty much the same each day, especially this pre training meal. I find it gives me a great boost about an hour before I go to train. Beetroot juice has been in 3-4 days a week and I do find it helps give me a lift, could be a load of rubbish but I find it helps so I’ll continue to use it! 
1 glass of beetroot juice 
100g pats, 1 scoop of protein & frozen berries.
