    So far in 2019 I’m re-evaluating and re-learning what “self-care” truly is. 
I’m learning that my goals don’t have to match up with anyone else’s. 
I’m learning that sleep is way more important than I ever gave it credit for. 
I’m learning that time is the most valueable non renewable resource I possess.
I’m learning that I am not only a summation of the things I get done in a day. 
I’m learning that personal growth is arguably  the most freeing feeling in the world. 
I’m learning that failure only exists when you completely give up. 
I’m learning that success looks different for every single person❤️.
