    The fitness industry likes to sell “six-pack-abs” and “toned arms and legs”. An article on “30 days to bigger biceps” will sell 1000s of copies of the next Men’s health magazine.

They’ll show the before and after pics of how they transformed their bodies. How they went from unhappy and overweight to smiling on stage. They’ll motivate you to get your ass off the couch and say, if they did it then I can do it!
.
But what then? What will you do with your new found fitness? Do you just want to look good or do you actually want to be fit. Fit for life. Fit to be useful. Fit for adventure!

We love seeing those before and after pics, but what we love even more than that is seeing what you’re actually doing with that fitness!

Get fit so there’s no physical limitations on your ability to do epic shit!

↪ L'importance de prendre des collations saines et équilibrées ⚠️ En fractionnant tes repas, donc 5 "repas" au lieu de 2 ou 3, tu étales tes apports nutritionnels sur l'ensemble de ta journée ce qui va permettre à ton corps de mieux assimiler les nutriments et de moins les stocker. 
Essaye d'avoir des apports environ toutes les 3-4 heures à partir de ton reveil pour être en MEILLEURE FORME toute la journée.

    What is the best training programme?
-
Well there isn’t one...
PPL, upper/lower, full body they all have there benefits and downfalls but ultimately none of the programmes reap definite or guaranteed results more than the next.

The best programme you can follow is the one that you can nail and pursue with consistently and progressively so if that programme be PPL then that is the best programme for you before looking for a programme that your favourite athlete or youtuber follows make sure you follow these starter points:
-
Does it fit your lifestyle?, you want to make sure that the training programme fits you if you can only train 4 days per week yet the plan is catered to 5 it therefore doesn’t fit your lifestyle you need something that allows flexibility and matches you as individual.

Does it match your goals?, make sure when you are training your actions are aligned with your goals there is no point following a weight loss or glute focused programme if you want to get massive or prep for a show make sure it’s catered to you hiring a coach can help you with this.

Will you be able to be consistent? This is important as it’s where results are formed make sure you follow a plan that you can nail consistently and not just 2 weeks then fuck it off, don’t be afraid to bring a programme down go back to basics if it works it works.

Does it make you feel good?, there is no point doing something that is only going to bring discomfort or unhappiness make sure that it makes you feel happy and content, internal happiness and content will only promote external benefits.

Those are just a few cues for programming a session next time you come round, if you aren’t pursuing bodybuilding you don’t have to take it to that level make sure it works for you as an individual  and that only.

    Through a few jumps in between walking lunges today. Its amazing what a little change like that can do. He's all over the place in this video because he was dead tired at this point. Those little hops will get you! You can do them on their own in sets of 20-30 (or for time) or supplement another exercise by throwing them in between. Great cardio workout 😊. If you want an all around healthier life (maybe a better body to go with) let's talk! I'll be so much more than your coach. Let's talk about how fitness can ENHANCE your life.
