Да,когда я попадаю в новую компанию я стараюсь не говорить о работе если вопрос не прилетит в лоб.Казалось бы,странное поведение для человека,который реально любит своё дело.Но секрет до ужаса прост
«Ой я бы тоже похудела...»
«А сколько вот мне надо есть?»
«Если я начну бегать,нормально будет?»
«А сколько можно за месяц скинуть?»
«Блин,возьмись за меня!» и на первый взгляд все хорошо,бери клиентов не хочу!Да только вот дальше разговоров ещё никто не заходил🤷🏼‍♀️

Однажды в туалете ночного клуба,одна пухленькая девушка принялась нахваливать мое фигуру и поинтересовалась,как же так?Я спокойно с улыбкой ответила как есть «работа обязывает» в следующий миг она задрала свою футболку и продемонстрировала мне свой живот 😳И поймите,меня не пугают полные люди,я спокойно и привычно к этому отношусь,но вот так...🙄Конечно,больше я ее никогда в жизни не видела 💁🏼‍♀️ПОТОМУ ЧТО ЧЕЛОВЕКУ ЭТО НЕ НАДО.

I feel like a badass when I wear cut off T-shirt’s.
I feel like a badass when I lift heavy weights and push myself to new limits.
I feel like a badass when I submit time to my personal development to be the best version of myself I can be.  When I dig deep and become vulnerable!
I feel like a badass when I look at this little peanut and think my body made this.
Today I feel like a TOTAL badass!

Super fácil e fica delicioso.
Receita:
1 xícara de leite em pó - leia o rótulo e procure um sem açúcar, uso o ninho normal (ele NÃO TEM AÇÚCAR)
1/3 de xícara Água quente ( mais ou menos)
1/3 de xícara de Adoçante - uso xilitol que não deixa gosto residual - pode usar mais ou menos dependendo do quanto doce quer que fique.

Em um recipiente coloque o leite em pó, o adoçante e a água. Minha dica é ir acrescentando a água aos poucos e mexendo bem até virar uma pastinha. 
Depois é só levar a geladeira. Se preferir pode bater no liquidificador! Fica perfeito. 
Quem fazia isso quando era criança? Eu sempre 🙌🏻 faço com whey e fica muito bom também. 
Coma com moderação! Nada em excesso faz bem. 😉
